3 weeks into following every post and anything else I can find about this case, and I feel like all I really know is that when this is all over, it has Lifetime Network movie written all over it. JMO
I was away for a week. Coming back I honestly expected there would have been more clarity in this case by now, towards a resolution, maybe even an arrest. Instead, it's become more murky and convoluted.

The confusion with the text messages...there are four phones... the first one "Maybe Heidi Planck" is JW's fiance I believe, it sounds like she got her flowers for some reason and was thanking her for all she does for Bond, the 2nd one "Mom" is Bonds phone, the 3rd on that says "Heidi - Mom" could be her work # and either Bonds or JWs phone but another under another contact as "Heidi-Mom" or even maybe went to her Ipad or something and the fourth one is JWs phone. They are all screenshoted around 3:30 which is the same time the missings persons report was made when they went there right after he picked Bond up from school.

IMO i think she received a phone call or message and that led to her having to leave before the game ended to meet someone thus this would explain her behavior at the game and increased unease because she did not want to meet them but had to.
I would have thought so too but if apparently she didnt go home and they found the phones inside then she either went there without a phone or did actually come home at one point before H + F but if so you would think that would have the video they released of her coming back home and not just the one of her leaving and if she did come back you think maybe she would have left her dog as to not have to walk him the alley type of thing so who knows. I have never heard of or seen any video from H + F or anything about it other than that one small statement of her being there, in the alley and with her dog.

Yep, ita. More confusing every day. Haven’t posted much because I’ve read all the TOS-allowed articles & many TOS-banned bits & I’ve no clue what happened to this woman. I do find it most odd many friends/associates are silent about her disappearance. Are they involved? Unconcerned? Trying to remain low-profile? I guess you learn who your real friends are when you get abducted/murdered. IF that’s what happened here. Guessing…

Hoping LE is making progress.

Going back to the post about MSM not picking up on this, why do you think that is? I've seen a couple of articles on NewsNation's websites, but they've basically been reposts from affiliates. Is it because there's no good, clear info on it?

Brian Entin was camped outside the Laundrie residence for weeks before BL's remains were found, and they've started a segment called Missing in America, but I haven't seen much on this at all. I wonder if they're taking a break due to all the coverage they provided the GP case?

Also, local Tampa stations were incredibly involved in the coverage, but CA stations don't appear to have the same drive, I guess?

About the ally video
Is there really a video?

..”Although Wayne had said the building’s owners “weren’t being very collaborative” with police, the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division confirmed to Fox News on Thursday that they had obtained surveillance camera footage from the building after they served the owners with a warrant. The development was also reported by KCBS-TV.

Yet, when Oxygen.com contacted police Friday morning, a spokesperson for the department said they were “unable to confirm that information” and said it had not been provided by detectives.”

You raise an interesting point. All we have is a statement from JW that the "landlord" accompanied the police officer to do a wellness check. LE is not going to come out with a statement contradicting him if that is not true, but if you have been reading my many posts, you probably know I take everything JW says with a grain of salt, bc there have been so many contradictions, mostly by himself, to statements he has previously made. But, if someone did accompany the officer to said wellness check, I would love to know if the "landlord" is someone already known to us... JMO
Sorry, I remember initially HP’s friend said she had a key to her house and went in to check, so why was this “landlord” needed to accompany police?

We don’t have the VIN to her RR, correct? I found a website to check if her car was towed by City of LA, but unfortunately every website but one that I did a VIN search by license plate number came back “Not Found”. The 1 website that did return a result for VIN actually linked to a 2008 Porsche 911 with personalized plate <modsnip: Redacted plate # that may not be the correct one>. Oddly the Porsche had been towed before but back in 2013. I believe the trouble from searching the license plates come from it being a legacy plate. If anyone can find the VIN that might be helpful in at least telling us if her RR was towed and from where.

I would assume the term "landlord" refers to someone associated with the LLC that owns the home, whichever one that ends up being. I know someone here did some digging on the convoluted deed transactions and it seems like there were multiple parties, an individual and two LLCs, involved. Maybe I can try to look that up at a break today.
Lot B, which is 3131 Helms is owned by the same LLC/individuals who own 3129, and these owners live at 3131 Helms, according to a HELOC document on Property Shark.

These owners bought the house at 3129 Helms, raized it, then built 2 units on the property. Lot A (3129) is rented. That is where Heidi lives. The owners live in the unit on Lot B, which is 3131 Helms ave. I suppose either of them could be the "landlord" that walked through with LE.

The Laundry family wasn't wealthy. Powerful people can instill fear. Wealth and corruption is a powerful deterrent to speaking out IMO.

If someone planned to disappear a person, couldn’t they arrange for it to be done on their behalf, while establishing a nice public alibi for themselves?

That said, I’m not harbouring a he-did-it feeling about the ex. There are enough red flags in so much we’ve heard about aspects of her life for me not to ‘rule anyone in or out’, to coin a favourite LE expression.

Yes. But I am just not feeling that. I might change my mind as more information comes in.

I'm still in the she left on her own camp.

Moo.

Why wasn't the actual name of the landlord put in the report instead of the term landlord? Intentionally left out by JW or he doesn't know the person's name? MOO
