Deceased/Not Found CA - Heidi Planck, 39, left son’s football game in Downey, dog found in Los Angeles, 17 Oct 2021 #5

  • #241
GuysI am confused. Didn't they find Heidi's blood at that apartment building? I believe that's a big reason why the police stated they believe she's deceased. If she overdosed, why is her blood there?

Exactly. IF this narrative has any truth to it, it makes no sense and the whole truth is not being told.

Yes. Unfortunately, Atlanta can be a very dangerous and violent place. Atlanta is also where many, many TV shows and movies are filmed, and I know friends of friends who have moved there and been robbed/mugged/etc.

BBM While many of us assume Heidi's blood was found at H+F, LE have only said that forensic evidence was found inside that led them to believe Heidi had died, and did not elaborate. Even if she overdosed, there could have been blood in the party room if she collapsed and broke a glass, or hit a table or some such item, or even hit the floor with her head. I don't know much about drug overdoses (thankfully), but have been told that a person od'ing could cough up blood as well. She allegedly was thrown down the chute and got stuck on the way down. If true, I am sure there would have been blood and tissue, probably in several parts of the chute system. Other forensic evidence also found could have included vomit and other bodily fluids as well. Crypto gambling is NOT illegal.
Why have strippers if your face is buried in a phone since crypto gambling can only be done online.
Strippers are not illegal.
Pot is not illegal.
Hide the drugs and call police. Simple. The people dawn claims to have witnessed this were grown adults, not confused kids or even young adults!
Oh, don't forget Dawn said the "party" was mainly POC. Okay......
None of it makes sense.
I'm not sure if it's legal or not. Do you have anything that says it's entirely legal. I just found this.
Is Gambling With Cryptocurrency Actually Safe and Legal?

I'm wondering whether Heidi even knew this event was a raging fustercluck of a scene. She went there to meet a date right? Someone unnamed, we don't know who.
Then, like others I still wonder why she was "scared".

Simple.

Most of the people at the alleged party were likely under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the time. Also, most of the people at the party were likely well-to-do people based on the rent level of the floor and the claim that crypto gambling was involved. Toss in the claim about strippers being present, and you have a cocktail of reasons why partygoers would not want this kind of activity being revealed to their significant others, work colleagues, and/or clients.

Also, it is likely that these partygoers (though friendly) are not friends. They are likely associated purely for the purpose of experiencing these types of parties and did not have personal connections to HP that would make them more likely to come forward.

As far as the H+F employees, their reasoning would be very simple, they want to keep their jobs and protect the owners from lawsuits.

Self preservation at its finest.

All MOO.
I understand your perspective, however, I'd think that one of the people involved would have come forward to the police hoping to get a more lenient treatment once the story was revealed. Besides, you'd think LA police (as opposed to the police force in the bundocks) would be more effective in getting the facts of an incident that involved several people including staff. I cannot believe that everyone kept quiet until the Maserati woman overshared.
And nobody with a luxury car needs AAA when every single luxury vehicle comes with roadside assistance. It makes no sense.

It makes no sense that HP would take her dog with her if she knew she would be attending a party or meeting a guy. I'd think she would leave Seven at home or with a dog sitter. Also, the timing makes no sense, what kind of party involving drugs and pole dancing is held in the early evening? Where was she before the party started? Also, if the Maserati lady wanted to tell someone about what really happened, she could have done it by calling a hotline or some other anonymous manner channel.

It's possible that LE has already investigated and questioned everyone who was there, maybe some individuals are even under surveillance in case they flee. That JW, in his PC, talked about 1-5 people knowing something and their need to come forward, it's possible LE already has those names and did not inform JW of those details. I don't know. Maybe finding Heidi's remains is the last piece of evidence LE needs to make arrests. At least I hope LE has a lot more info than we've been led to believe.

Good point; however, why would LE wait so long to begin search of HP's remains in the garbage place?

Can anyone explain to me what crypto currency is? Or just point me to a good source that explains it. Thanks

Google Bitcoin. So difficult to explain for the technologically challenged aka me.

  • #249
Yes, I got that, but how does it work, etc. is what I'm curious about. I'll just keep on researching. Thanks!

You can sent these digital currencies very easily and instantly from online wallet to online wallet. So i would assume its basic gambling just with crypto currency at stake. The loser sends the lost amount to the winner's wallet... Just a guess thou. I have never gambled with crypto.

A lady is seen walking her dog outside of the H+F building on Sunday evening before being reported missing on Wednesday evening in mid-October.

A lady is driving a Maserati, with a slashed tire a few days ago, when she recognizes another lady from the Vigil held for Heidi who then proceeds to relate a story of horror to her and her friend that occurred inside the building while Heidi was there on the 40th Floor along with strippers, people egaming and using drugs.

A fatal "incident" prompts some of the party attendees to lift Heidi's lifeless body then take it down the hall to the trash chute where it becomes lodged along the way to the streetside dumpster.

[Fair Warning: Graphic]

Who dislodged Heidi's body in the trash chute? Or could no one manage to dislodge the body and days of decomp allowed her body to slip down into the dumpster?

Any body parts or fluids in the trash chute that came from Heidi would certainly indicate she'd been in the chute and is now somewhere in the landfill; thereby, implicating she died while inside the building.

Who owns 4002? Has the owner of 4002 been questioned by LE, arrested and subsequently released?

November 11, 2021, Penn State student, Justine Gross, fell 11 stories down the trash chute where she lived, killing her. Her mother feels her daughter was being chased, att. Drugs may have been involved.

How did Maserati Lady (allegedly) access multiple floors to check the chute?
I thought it was confirmed earlier in the threads when discussing where the dog was found that each floor could only be accessed if one has a key fob for that particular floor.
Does she work there? It seems only employees have access to all floors.

She has been prescribed Adderall since she was a child. It does not get her high and she does not need to get it off the street. A rager at 6:30 on a Sunday afternoon? With her golden doodle and flip flop? Dawn claims there was multiple employees that witness this too yet done of them spoke to police but will tell this youtuber they randomly ran into? 5 eyewitness statement is plenty for an arrest. If they told Dawn, they told the police. There has been no arrest. I can't believe this thread just shifted to YouTube rumors.
Look, it wasn't my intention to spread Youtube rumors.. I just posted an article from the sun with the disclaimer that I felt it was irresponsible to publish.

But I will say, in my opinion and in my experience, it is very easy and not at all uncommon to take more than prescribed.

If heidis death was opioid related, I 100000% agree. Narcan could have saved my sisters life. But my BIL was scared to tell 911 that he even had narcan in the house (let alone that she overdosed) so instead, he essentially let her die. So it’s not unrealistic for me to believe that people would try to conceal her dead body vs. calling 911 or administering narcan. If my sisters own husband could let her die, I have no doubt in my mind that a friend or acquaintance could take it to the extreme of concealing a body. Jmo
After my Grandsons friend overdosed at another friends home, and they buried him in the backyard ( for the record my Grandson wasnt there that day ) in Orlando, my daughter gave him narcan so it didn't happen on his watch. There seriously needs to be stronger laws than "tampering with a body" in these situations. I don't have an answer but only can supply a preventative and hope he outgrows this stage in his life. I'm sorry about your sister that's a nightmare for her loved ones to live with.

Perhaps a key fob is programmed to open the chute door on any floor, and it has been alleged that if one uses the stairs, rather than the elevator, any floor can be accessed. Now, would someone start going down stairs from the 40th floor, stopping at every floor along the way and checking the chutes? I dunno, but to me, it doesn't sound much less likely than getting on an elevator and doing the same thing. JMO

ETA...Cannot comment on Maserati lady other than to say I doubt H+F pays their employees enough for them to be driving Maseratis.

The Sun is an accepted source for posting here, and the mods have been very diligent in keeping YouTube rumors off this thread. And frankly, I am not a big fan of theirs either, but were it not for the Sun and that other site everyone hates, The DM, this case may have already been brushed under the rug. JMO

I just don’t know what to make of any of this. It sort of doesn’t make sense, but then it never makes sense to me when someone OD’s and others cover it up. But it does happen all the time. It’s all the other stuff before hand that makes this scenario weird to me. She was nervous at her son’s game and unexpectedly left early, told her bf she was scared of something, the wonky business stuff, the muffin man, the “raid” of her house by LE. So much weird stuff that it’s almost unbelievable that it would be a “run of the mill” OD. If that makes any sense. I don’t know.
I never bought into the wonky business stuff, but that's me. There is much more to be revealed, IMHO. In terms of making sense of this, I am often surprised by criminal cases. For example, who could have envisioned the outrageous turn of events in the Kelsey Berreth case? In terms of overdose deaths, a few years ago, a Google exec and married father of five, Forrest Timothy Hayes, was administered a lethal dose of heroin by a prostitute, Alex Tichelman. She allegedly stepped over his corpse as she left him dead on his boat. Link below for reference.

Prostitute accused in yacht overdose death of Google executive, police say | Fox News

So again, in terms of making sense, let's look at facts, all supported by media links upthread: 1. HP was captured on video walking her dog Seven just outside of the H&F building. (Places her at/near the scene of the incident). 2. A friend said that she'd picked her up outside of that building before. 3. HP's dog was found inside of the building. 4. LAPD is conducting a search of a landfill because they discovered forensic evidence somewhere in the H&F building. IMHO, the events described by The Sun are not out of the realm of possibility. I am not convinced that the article is 100% accurate, but criminals do some very strange things. JMHO.

Good question. The newest resident of 4002, I'm not seeing a connection. The previous resident, maybe. Have they been questioned? Who knows. But people are 100% denying involvement of the previous resident on other forums.

that is terrible, I’m so sorry to hear that happened to your grandsons friend. I don’t understand how “friends” can be so callous (and stupid). Your daughter did the right thing by giving him narcan to have with him, just in case. I’ll keep him in my thoughts and I hope this stage of his life passes soon. Hugs

Plenty of expensive cars in LA are driven by unskilled people working menial jobs..leases are popular, divorce can be profitable, parents pay, etc.
I know a guy with a $10,000 a month trust fund and lived in a house built to his specifications but his trust fund stipulated he work 30 hrs a week for the benefits so he bused tables in a restaurant.

Doesn’t stair access require propping the door open from the inside?

ETA: I don’t really think Maserati Lady is employed by the condos, my guess is she dated someone there but who knows?
I just used employment as a possible means to access every floor.

Thanks. I Googled, 'how do I convert crypto money to cash'. I got my answer and that's mainly what I wanted to know. But, you do have to have an app to even be in the crypto world. I really don't see the point. MOO
