I made a 15 minute effort to find the time of the football game without success, to have a better idea of when she left there. I’ll look again.

The question I have is, when did Heidi text the new bf that she was scared and wished he was with her, a week or more before she disappeared, the weekend or night before, or immediately before, as in, on her way to a meeting or rendezvous with someone that she feared may be dangerous. Surely she told him WHAT she was afraid of, and very possibly WHO she was afraid of , and surely he voluntarily offered that info to LE as soon as he learned she was missing. But also, according to JW in an earlier interview that was linked here multiple times, her and the new bf had argued because she wanted him to come down from SF and he couldn't, or wouldn't, because of supposedly having to work. I see no reason to doubt that, but if she truly texted him voicing fear of something imminent happening, doesn't it seem likely he would have followed up and checked on her before anyone noticed her missing three days later? Maybe he did and thought she was just not taking his calls, or maybe the relationship was not to the serious enough stage for him to be worried? JMO

Re your last sentence - I had thought this, too, that it didn’t sound like the relationship was at the serious stage…. until the bf’s mother told the media she had met Heidi.

I did read in an article that it was morning, but now I can't remember what article it was. I went through several and couldn't find anything specific. I wondered if you could look up Downey Youth Football League and get a schedule for games to get a rough idea of the time frame the game would have started but haven't had a chance to look.

I was able to find a schedule for the Southern California youth league that had a football schedule that included Downey, but it appears those games were on 10/16 and in Glendora. So not helpful. Let me check this out.

I've read in the articles that Heidi's BF is a new BF and also that they've dated 3 years. So much conflicting info. Just read in a link posted here that she broke up with him and wasn't dating anyone accordingto her friend. I wonder how long ago she broke up with him? When they had the argument? JW didn't mention they were broken up. MOO

Yeah I can't find timestamps either. The only thing that shows up in a few of them is the camera number. Do we know what football team her poor kiddo is on? Maybe there's a schedule. All my work centers around time so I'm diggin...

The Helms LLC that has a deed on the house Heidi lived in is right next door. It’s the little house to the left of HP home. There is an interesting but sell mortgage loan deed deed deed back and forth between the same people, it seems. MOO

I haven’t been able to find anything related to loans/ownership on the Lot that was created behind HP home and the new house, virtually identical to hers.
Also, it seems that some of the same LLC’s have been investing in other properties in that neighborhood. Definitely interesting when looking at purported legal/tax/investment schemes etc surrounding HP disappearance. IMOO MOO

this league plays at St Pius X per their field locator but idk if he was at an away game with his league playing them. sometimes also, leagues "host" so u might play a team at an away game and it is not their home field.

the calendar didnt tell me anything, see if one of u can play w it and tell us anything.

Key/Card/Code to enter the parking garage, to enter the entry from the parking garage to the building, and to enter the elevator, what would be the fourth? Of course one to enter the apartment, so maybe it's actually 3 layers to get to the the hallway....

Yeah. 3 Layers and a security guard and a valet and a front desk receptionist (unless these people were bypassed the dog surely Heidi Planck too went up from the one of the to the residential levels from one of the floors where cars parked as opposed to the ground level where 3 people would have seen her potentially and whoever else was in the lobby/valet.

Maybe there is a lawyer here or someone more familiar with this than me, but I believe searches of apartment complexes (at least in CA) are complicated legally. I’m not sure LE is able to go knocking door to door of a large building talking to residents. Maybe a very basic consent search. But warrants, subpoenas, and good reason (legally) to talk to each person is needed. Residents are afforded the reasonable expectation of privacy. Anyways, just throwing out thoughts but wanted to raise the question of whether the searching the building issue is as simple as it seems on the face. It’s frustrating when it seems like LE is stalled, but legally, it can be a challenge. JMO

she was renting the home and Zillow has the rent estimate at $6,399, plus she has the RR but that could be paid off or given as a gift and her son's school is 10-15k annually depending on if you are an active parishioner, make certain donations and attend weekly church services. Not to mention gas in a RR, utilities, bills, food and all the other living costs especially with a child and dog. After taxes that would put her at a little under 8k a month take home assuming she got the max 1.5k monthly bonus. So there must be some arrangement with rent or other income as that would not be enough to live off of with just that salary and bonuses alone.

She was at the son's football game. The son is 10 turning 11 this week apparently. Putting him in middle school. The game at the school in Downey on october 17 was at 7PM. But this was a high school game. Middle school game would have to have been before not after. I'd guess the game was several hours earlier and we know she left at half time. Half time is usually about an hour to an hour and half into the game. There was probably a 2-3 buffer in between the games but maybe more I'd guess she left between at 2-3PM but it could be anywhere between 12-5 most likely. Hard to say though.

to get off on the certain floor. maybe residents can only get off on their own floor.

My job is actually like this. We have a pass to scan once we get into the elevator. We can only go to floors our pass is programmed to. We cannot go to any other floor. When we have fire drills and go down the stairs all doors are actually locked on each floor so we have to walk all the way down to the bottom to get out. It's actually quite bad because if something happened in that stairwell we'd have no escape at all except to go all the way to the bottom to get out.

Middle school games have different times. Their quarters are only 12 minutes each. In our local middle school games, they don't stop the clock as often as they do in HS games, so it's possible she wasn't even there an hour.

Maybe that's why it turned into an argument? Heidi was scared and wanted her boyfriend to come down, but he couldn't or wouldn't. It seems strange that the boyfriend simply not being able to schedule a visit that weekend would have sparked an actual argument and his assumption that she ghosted him for days over it. Or maybe the "argument" was about something else entirely?

I am not on FB or LI either, but there's a lot of info on their public pages, on corporate sites and others discussing this.
