I can't look at some of these photo's

There is going to be debate over whether there should have been blood or not in the home. The prosecution is trying to show there wasn't blood... the defense is going to say there should have been a ton...

I wonder if either side tested the 'hair' for any side of blood.

At the moment I still think there would be a ton of blood.

You only have to look at Joeys skull to see its completely dented in so how wouldn’t that crack the skin and pour blood?

BBM - But Geis did get the fountains. Granted, he didn't go and install them like I think he normally did, but we don't know the circumstances of that right now. I think this was around the time the Saudi job was being done too? Maybe he wasn't available? Maybe he couldn't get there when they needed him to be? I wish they would have asked him what Merritt told them (although I am not sure that witness would have been the one talking to him)

Where is @Force Ten? He seems to know these dates so much better lol

I think the prosecution is hamstrung by not having anyone to attest to the financial arrangements he had with Chase.

All they can do is do their best to show he was taking money from people after Joey's murder and not delivering the goods (Geis) or repaying (Susan Blake), meanwhile he was spending in the casinos. Paying money to Cathy Jarvis shows he was in trouble financially. The emails to Chase and Metro also build the picture. At least I think there was one to Metro.

IMO, the Prosecution's strategy will have testimony about the business/$$$ every few days (in between the physical evidence) in order to remind the jury the motive for the murders was due to greed. I believe it is an actual tactic on their part, after hearing Sequeida, then Anthropologist, then Geis and now Coroner. Just an opinion though.

Has it ever been explained how CM and JM first met? After reading the two reports from 14 years ago, I'm wondering if it was CM that started the "waterfall business".

They met at a Home & Garden show in '07. This seems to be where he's met a lot of his victims.

I hope that isn't their strategy! They need to make the financials as cohesive as possible. If they are going to show bits like they just did this morning, I can't see it turning out well. JMO

They are back... juror says she is fine... and says 'sorry' .. poor lady, she sounded embarrassed lol Judge told them if they ever need a break to just say so.
