Exactly. So what evidence so far ties Chase to the murders? To the act of murder? Not what makes him look suspicious, but what directly ties him to the murders?
Hi there JMarsh!
The evidence which has been presented, and will continue for months to come.
I could make a detailed list, but I will spare everyone.
Plus, I really don't think any of it would change your mind one inch anyway. LOL!
It's obvious you look at any, and all CE evidence facts presented far differently than I do which is your entitled right to do, of course.
You seem to like the 'could have, or might have happened' approach when looking at what has been presented.
Your posts are very interesting in the way you look at the same CE facts thus far known, but it just isn't my style.
What really matters are the jurors who are closely following all of the CE facts as they are being presented.
Imo, they will get it, once all of the facts have been presented when they are finally allowed to link them all together once they start deliberations.
It's really not a complex case to follow. That is why I get so frustrated with the time its taking to try this particular case.
When I sat on a death penalty case it took four weeks, including the sentencing phase. Although court was held every day without exception, Monday through Friday, and usually lasted 10 hours a day of witness testimony, and one time court was held all day Saturday.
Some cases where I wasnt involved has heard testimony through the week, Saturdays, and even some were held on Sundays after church would have been over.
The judge in that death penalty case was very mindful of the jurors' time away from their normal lives, so he kept the flow of testimony fluid.
