Perhaps taken on a quick spur of the moment when he pulled her towards him. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but he looks somewhat more serious, or a touch stern, and more in control of the situation to me. He's holding that bottle. Can't see it well... is that an expensive bottle of wine?

MOO, if it was photoshopped, I'd guess it'd be just her head, but even that doesn't look photoshopped ... see where KH has his arm around her shoulder wrinkling up her blouse sleeve... that part isn't photoshopped, IMO.

Not knowing Dia personally, I wonder if that's a natural expression of hers. Not sure I've seen her smiling like that in any other pics. KH's expression doesn't match hers. Any idea where it was taken? They look like they're on a tour bus or boat. I'm thinking she smiled at whoever took the pic. Who took the pic? When was it taken?

Since I haven't seen any other pics of them together, I'm most curious about this photo. She looks like she was going along with him being a dominant person in her life. Was it in the beginning? Did she start not liking or trusting him as time went on?

MOO, and all my own speculations here.

MOO, What if the hands were not KH , but someone else? What if KH was just inserted into the photo over someone else? Dia appears so strange in this photo to me..

$8 bottle of wine? High roller there. Don't know how romantic that pic looks. I've taken similar with my Grandmother. If this is his proof that they were in love and to be married it's pretty slim to me. Can't believe we're this far in and her body has not been found. Poor Dia...it looks like she met a monster. I am biting at the bit for the day that LE comes knocking! I know many of you are too. With today's technology even with the head start he got....he had to make a mistake! I hope he did!

I forgot how to insert an image here, but does this look like the bottle of wine (14 Hands Hot to Trot).

If so, it is not too expensive a bottle. This one says it’s a 2016 vintage from WA, $8.

There could be other year vintages, I guess. I’m not that knowledgeable about wine. What do you think?

...What if KH was just inserted into the photo over someone else? Dia appears so strange in this photo to me...

Oh, I didn't think of KH inserting himself into the pic. Someone else's arms and hands holding the bottle? I looked closely at how his head matches up and I just don't think so. I do agree though, Dia has a different look and there's something about this photo worth questioning.

Okay, here's something I noticed that I can't believe I didn't notice before. Does Dia have her arm/hand down KH's pants?!! Please somebody, tell me if I really see that.

Expand it and look closer. It looks exactly like her hand is inside what may be a black blanket or his black pants. Her arm doesn't fall over the black, but under it.

That's what it looked likes to me too - like she is leaning in from being pulled towards him - and you notice her left hand placed maybe trying not to get too close...

That's what it looked likes to me too - like she is leaning in from being pulled towards him - and you notice her left hand placed maybe trying not to get too close...

We all agree that it looks like he perhaps pulled her towards him quickly. What about her arm being under something black? If she reached out to stop herself from getting too close or falling towards him, her arm would extend outside that blackness. Well, that's how I'm seeing it, so JMO.

The black is the table itself. Curved. Upon which the wine bottle sits. Beneath, under her arm, the pattern of the seats is visible. Specifically it looks like possibly the edge of his seat/chair, comparing to the top of her chairback.

Anybody know where they are? Might be helpful if we could see other views of that room, but IMO they are seated on the same side of a table.

Her position remains somewhat unnatural but IMO not inappropriate.

I think the photo is legit, the moment unexpected.

I think Dia's disapearance stinks to high heaven. I think it was a plan over time to get control over her and over her assets.

And not by her children.

I'd probably post that pic of the couple we've been talking about on FB to announce my upcoming marriage, but Dia didn't make any mention of it on her FB that she was getting married. No mention of KH existed in her world at least on that particular FB, but they were suppose to wed in July 2020. She has a different look in that couple pic. I'd guess it was taken when she first met KH?

It matters if KH was really her fiancé, and I have yet to hear that stated as fact by any personal family or friends of Dia. His side of the story has not been proven, IMO.

Of course, perhaps I can't see all Dia's FB posts that she shared with her actual FB friends. However, according to our Verified Insider @mah8336. Dia seemed to convey that she didn't like or trust KH.

MOO, to me it sounds like he bulldozed his way into her life and managed to gain a lot of control over running the ranch, bossing Isidro around, and maybe controlling Dia to the extent she's gone and he's currently in charge. Suspicious, IMO, to the max. JUST MOO.
