It's been pushed back until Sep 21!
Arraignment postponed until September 21. It doesn't state why. My guess is mental evaluation.I wonder why??

Shortly after Middleton was found, Gonzalez tried to run away from the scene and was arrested. When he was taken into custody, authorities announced that there was enough evidence to charge the 15-year-old
Yeah he seemed to skate with friends but they looked younger, idk. He also looked a lot older than 15 IMO
But good mental health care would have had a different outcome ...

This just breaks my heart! There are sooo many adorable photos of Maddy on this page!!!
You are changing the argument. I am responding to your claim that killers don't come out of loving homes.
Not whether good mental health care could help a potential killer.
Which I don't believe either. We don't know how to cure mental illness. The only thing that would help in my opinion is to lock them up before they strike. Which we can not legally do in most cases either.
How in the world...???
Holmes' therapist had reams of documentation about his desires to kill.
We can't help people with mental health issues! Just lock them up? Hm
Possibility for parole?!?! Disgusting.
Can we please not call an 8 yr old a "baby?" I mean I realize she is and always will be her mother's 'baby,' but she was a child. Most kids that age do not want to be thought of as "babies."
