Wow! Life without parole is the least punishment he should get.

Yeah he seemed to skate with friends but they looked younger, idk. He also looked a lot older than 15 IMO

Look at the pictures on the Camp Tannery page. He is in most of the pictures. He stands out as looking older than most of the other kids there.

But good mental health care would have had a different outcome ...

You are changing the argument. I am responding to your claim that killers don't come out of loving homes.
Not whether good mental health care could help a potential killer.
Which I don't believe either. We don't know how to cure mental illness. The only thing that would help in my opinion is to lock them up before they strike. Which we can not legally do in most cases either.

Holmes' therapist had reams of documentation about his desires to kill.

We can't help people with mental health issues! Just lock them up? Hm

I am talking about ones who express homicidal tendencies/desires. I am also curious as to how exactly the therapist was supposed to help him? What was going to fix him?

Can we please not call an 8 yr old a "baby?" I mean I realize she is and always will be her mother's 'baby,' but she was a child. Most kids that age do not want to be thought of as "babies."

Can we please not dictate to others how to refer to Maddy? Perception is important. It may seriously offend you to refer to an 8 year old, who is dead and thus not reading here, as a baby. But to me that's just what she is. Only 8 years out of her mother's womb. Still needing her mama to cuddle her, sometimes even hold her, to help her with hygiene and nutrition and her hair, etc.

Referring to an 8 year old baby (which is how I perceive her), as a baby, helps to really highlight the monstrousness of what this guy did. He lured, raped and beat and strangled and dumped, not a peer, which would be bad enough, but a little, dependent child.

Please scroll by if that offends you.
