Unfortunately, I don't think Melodee has been alive for a very long time. Poor kid.

This is like one of three or four other cases I'm following that makes me wonder what the heck is taking so long for charges/arrests to happen given the suspects seem to be known.

I very much doubt they will find a living safe child. I suspect they finally have enough evidence to charge her with something and this case doesn't have a happy ending. Hoping to be wrong and waiting for MSM to confirm this alleged arrest and gives us a clue as to her charges.

One neighbor described the incident as quiet and quick, starting shortly before 7:45 a.m. The neighbor says authorities banged on the door with a metal tool and eventually used it to pry open the door and gain access to the home.
