His son has just been pronounced brain dead, after a planking accident that happened while RN was taking a shower. And you do not think the call might have been heated?

I don't really have an opinion on that right now. I'm not even sure what was in that voicemail or if Rebecca ever even listened to it. LE ony knows what the caller, supposedly Jonah said was in it, they do not know if Rebecca received it nor if she erased it- that's opinion. Honestly, I'm not sure I can see a heated voicemail - there wasn't any conversation and it doesn't make much sense to me that Jonah called leaving a heated message because Max's condition worsened.

Bremner has opened the can of worms. JS knows where his other children were at the time of Maxie's accident and so do the cops, who have publicly stated who was there. I sure wouldn't allow an attorney go to the media and claim my kids were involved in the death of their sibling if they weren't even there. That's slander and can be handled with a lawsuit.

As for the planking, that's closer to manslaughter than accidental, imo.

:worms:
I will be curious to hear what comes out about their whereabouts. Remember the teens on the neighbors roof watching from the start of the incident? And there was originally a story about GS being there and hightailing it out of there BEFORE the EMTS arrived. So it may be true and it will certainly blow some things out of the water, if so. imoo

Well people can leave heated messages even if there is no conversation. We all know that...Just think of some movie stars who's done that.

As for the sister claiming that RN NEVER wrote in block letters and it did not look like her handwriting....I am not sold on that claim. Her sister lives in Germany, correct? And RN was an artist and a painter, so who knows if she ever used block letters when she painted huge letters on a door with black paint?I would not think she would use her regular 'font' or way of writing, when she is writing her suicide note on a wall, in anger.

One of the sisters lives in Germany, but that is not the one who has been giving interviews. The one who has been giving interviews is here in US.

Yes, you are so right about her being there in the initial reports and I thought that JS got her out of there fast to protect her. If GS was involved it will haunt her all of her life. I can't imagine going after a teenager with charges and hope that it would never come to that. Especially now because a second death transpired. If it is true that she was there, she shouldn't blame herself.

Max's condition didn't 'worsen' - He DIED. His son was declared dead. And his girlfriend was supposed to be watching him, and yet somehow he flew off the second floor balcony with enough force to knock down the chandelier, which I assume was earthquake proof. How could he not leave a heated message?

And if she did not kill herself, then the other scenario was someone angry about the accident. So in that case there would be an angry message too, imo.

No matter how I try and look at it, JS was MAD when he left her that message.

Cops have said who was present in the home at the time of Maxie's fall and they weren't mentioned. I think it is reasonable that both siblings would immediately return to their mother's or some other relative's care because Jonah was at the hospital.

There was some claim, perhaps by LE, that the note was written left handed when Rebecca is right handed. Personally, I can't see a desperately suicidal person leaving that kind of note, let alone the laborious part of painting it in block print. Also, block printing is probably not as easy to identify has handwriting, but I'm not an expert.

I doubt that he was declared dead on Tuesday evening, since organs weren't donated till several days later. Once a patient is declared brain dead and the family decides to donate organs, it is a matter of hours - not days.

RN has 2 sisters - one resides in Missouri - married to cop/or detective, and the other sister resides in Germany.

I think the sister that lives in Germany is in the U.S. now and has done some interviews as well. S(?). Howarth is her name, I believe. The one with Dr. Drew was the one who lives in MO, Mary.

Are any of the main players lefties?

Ok, whatever. You asked what I thought.

So you believe that Jonah got so upset just then and didn't really realize the situation was already dire. Hmmm, well, I wonder if he really was very very angry. Maybe Dina was very very angry also. Did Jonah phone his brother to tell him. I guess no one said.

Well,it may have been LE splitting hairs. In other words, when the EMT and the cops arrived, there was only RN and her 13 yr old sis/niece present. [ I still see conflicting reports about which one.]

HOWEVER, it may have been true that right before the accident, GS and another sibling or friend MAY HAVE been present. Maybe when RN went into the shower there were 3 older kids in the home. And when she got out after hearing the crash there was just her niece left there.

But there were initial reports that GS was there but left before the EMT's arrived. Which was a real red flag for me.

And MAYBE the older kids were goofing around and planking and Maxie saw them and tried it himself? :rose:

She has more than two. I believe she is one of five children.

This note brushed with paint is as troubling to me as every other aspect of this case. Come on now, why not grab a marker and scribble that note on the door or for that matter on a piece of paper? Instead, go get the paint, the brush and hand-paint a note in your last minutes of life? Yes, she perhaps was an artist -- so if one were trying to forge a note for Rebecca, then make it as hard to trace as possible by painting it in block letters and in a method that she was known to use for her art. Seems like a total set up to me - just not logical.

Can anyone find any links to initial reports about who was present in the house when Max had an accident?
