Oh, please! It's a DUI for .... sake. If everyone who drank and drove were picked up we'd have an epidemic. That was then; however, she is beyond that point in time & is considered a respected legal analyst. No one is without fault.....even you! Listen to what she has to say & you might just learn something.
Also there is a rectangle shaped item btwn the knives that is not on listed discovered items. What is it?
I'm not sure that is a chair. It looks more like a vented laundry basket turned up on its side.
IMO
Also heard blood drops in hallway - not sure if true, and where exactly -possibly outside door. Very interesting her cell phone is right there, as if she was waiting for a call - in that case, why didn't she answer the phone when JS called. Was the crime happening at that time?
Great photo CalElliot - really shows the entire room, along with tipped chair.
Why is there a fabric softener sheet sitting btwn the knives- did she wrap it around the knives before putting them in the plastic bag in prevention of getting cut?
The cell phone is on list of items in room, and on illustrated drawing.
I find it so bizarre that they do not want the "painting" viewed by the public.
The teen(s) had to fly home, so the LE knows exactly when flight was scheduled. You would think the LE would have questioned RN sister and the teen boys who knew GS to collaborate when she left the mansion. Most likely, JS dropped GS at airport prior to going to gym. I read a post somewhere that her brother ES was at camp, so he may have already been gone. GS may have been gone, but I bet the teens had been sliding down railing or planking and maybe even RN or RN sister --- MS watched and tried it on his own, and fell. Or he was simply running down hallway -like many 6yo boys do- and was going to vier left down the stairs when tripped over dog and he was propelled over the stairs. Even if you tell kids no goofing around on the stairs, a 6 yo may do it when are in another room Freak accident. I don't blame either parent for being upset, but in the end nothing anyone could do. If JS had been home and eating breakfast, he still could not have saved MS.
The cell phone is item #30, and on illustrated drawing. Its on the ground behind the door.

The message supposedly went to voice mail and was subsequently erased (by whom?). Why can't police retrieve it? If I were her family I would have demanded her cell phone to see if it's possible to retrieve the message.

This is not Max's room. You would never put a 6 yo boy in a room at the end of the hallway with attached balcony! Most likely just a spare bedroom or computer room. Maybe she used it as her painting room.
