@Niner The judge moved the trial yesterday. The new trial assignment date is 1/6/23 at 8:30 am and Trial starts on 1/9/23 at 8:30 am. They set a hearing for 9/12/22 at 1:00 pm to obtain the ruling the PC995 motion that was submitted last week. I’ll be back on 9/13 with an update.
