Just a side note - I have a friend in the Valley, who's son is in the S.J. jail next to this piece of ***** - and he's saying that Garcia-Torres is VERY scared to be in jail and can't even imagine going to prison! Good I say!

He should be more afraid of judgment day if he hasn't confessed and repented. Any punishment we meter out on earth is nothing in comparison to what awaits him in the afterlife. THAT is what he should be afraid of.

Hi everyone just a quick reminder that tomorrow is the day of the hearing. As last hearing I reached out to NBC Bay area news and asked them if they will have tweets outside of courtroom they said they will. Finally understood that the delay is because of computer evidence.

I am hoping to hear something anything regarding Sierra, and her case on this evening (and tonight)'s newscasts!

Yes indeed, you and I have both radared in on the "mothership" from the get go. He certainly felt "safe" enough (ironic) to allegedly attack women in the parking lots; why wouldn't he feel "safe" enough disposing of one there? (Large dumpster, etc.)
I consider this a very strong possibility.
I wonder if cadaver dogs or luminol have been used at this now infamous location. I'm sure the SW people wouldn't want that, but it should have been done....long ago.

Well, that is his sworn responsibility so no malice towards him. That said, this telegraphs a very strong case for the prosecution. Whom, I have said previously are notoriously bad a*s in Santa Clara County. The defense attorney has his work cut out for him. Let's hope he is smart enough to encourage his client to go for a plea in exchange for the remains.
