Interesting. I wonder if the inmates have internet access or if emails are printed and given to them. I wonder if Potts has read this thread? Maybe I should email a link?

From what I have been told no prisoners...jail or prison...have access to the internet. If they want a message put on the internet they have to write it out for a family member, etc, and have them put it on the internet. Could you imagine it if inmates had access to the internet :furious:

It's a shame that this trial isn't over and done with but this is the way it seems to always go. Someone manages to delay, delay, delay. The good news is that Dayna and Roy are alright with the delay. We at least know that there WILL come a day when it will be over and the monster will be sent to big boys prison. Nothing like jail where he is now. I think he is in for a big surprise...he ain't going home with mom and dad!!!!!!

In my state inmates do not have access to the internet. I know, my brother is serving time in prison for the second time. He does have access to drugs which is why he chooses to go to prison instead of a drug rehab.

This is the first I'm reading about this case. SO tragic. Certainly makes me think twice about fighting my son's dad for child support.

I didn't read through all the posts, has it been said they have more evidence than the fingerprints on the door frame? I can't believe it's taken so long for this to go to trial.
