1 dead, 3 injured after being 'struck intentionally' in North York | CityNews Toronto
Toronto police's homicide unit is investigating after four people were struck, one fatally, by the driver of a vehicle in North York.

Emergency crews responded to the scene at 250 Cassandra Blvd. near Victoria Park Avenue at 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police say three people were rushed to hospital, where one woman has since died.
Two other people were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. A fourth person was treated at the scene.
Police say a male driver was arrested at the scene.
Insp. Keri Fernandes said the homicide unit will be investigating alongside Traffic Services.
“There is some information that these people were struck intentionally,” she said, adding police don’t have information on a motive at this point.
“I heard screaming, somebody screaming ‘help, help, help,'” said Rudy Wachtel, a resident of the building, who adds he ran out of his apartment and found two residents lying on the ground.''
