No. Those are not our military uniforms. Here in Canada, our RCAF (Air Force) and Army wear the same cadpat combat uniform (called fatigues in the USofA) We do not give any training to civilians. Comox is a SAR (Search & Rescue) hub for our CAF. Tactical-level Military type training (Ranges, IED, Escape and Evasion etc) - for deployment overseas etc would be done elsewhere and would usually be headed up with Army guys doing the instructing.
Even as cadets, no wearing of our cadpat is allowed, no military weapons training etc.
