The man convicted of covering up his sister-in-law’s death for three years has been handed a hefty seven-year sentence, but with credit for time spent in pre-trial custody, he has just 11 months left to serve.

Brampton's Skinder Punia, 46, was sentenced Friday by Justice Steve Coroza after a jury convicted him of accessory after the fact to manslaughter in the 2009 death of Poonam Litt...
