Presumption of innocence is a sacred right afforded to ALL individuals arrested in this country.

Once a verdict is read, the public must trust that the system worked the way it was intended.
You are entitled to your opinion, not your own set of facts. You, as the general public, will NEVER know the full facts of a case. The media won't tell you the full truth. They will tell you what to think and how to feel.
Educate yourselves.
Stop spreading hate.
If tomorrow you woke up and were accused of a crime you didn’t commit, or someone close to you, wouldn’t you want them/you to be treated fairly and just? It’s not complicated.

my TT feed is full of those denouncing her decision to join TT and attempt to rebrand herself as an advocate. In their rush to "cancel" her, they are actually driving traffic to her page thereby actually assisting her attempts to monetize her faux victimhood at the expense of her dead daughter. Very frustrating to watch play out.

First, I am no fan of CA and I know she is responsible for the death. However, I also didn't have a problem with the verdict. I watched every day of that trial and the prosecution screwed it up completely. The nonsensical murder theory they threw out had so many holes you could drive a mack truck through it. If they had kept it simple, I believe there would have been a very different outcome. That said, I really don't understand why this girl is so thick. She cannot rebrand and she will never garner support. The best thing she could do for herself is crawl back into a hole somewhere.

You're right. They won't. However, Lori Vallow will eventually go away because she will be locked up. Casey Anthony is free, and she is trying to rehab her image. Many people out there have never heard of her or have forgotten her story. I think it is essential that we remind people on this thread what happened.
Yes, I do feel the prosecution messed up. The fact that the jury came back with a Not Guilty verdict shows the prosecution's case was flawed, but most of us remember. We remember Casey not reporting her own child missing. It wasn't until her mother reported Caylee missing 30 after she was last seen that the police began looking for her. . We remember the decomp smell in her trunk. We remember the horrible lies Baez told about father George.

I understand what you mean, but remember they could never prove how Caylee died. Was it murder, an accident where there was no fault, child abuse, was it neglect? The jurors could never be sure. If I remember correctly, the prosecution really pushed for 1st degree murder, and that was a mistake IMO. Had they gone with neglect or even manslaughter only maybe. Plus, the jurors did not hear all the evidence that we had been posting about for years.
Prosecution depended on the jurors being so disgusted by Casey's behavior that they would find her guilty.
Remember a couple of jurors did speak out.

I don't think she has an embarrassment meter nor a conscience. Too bad she has the comment section on TikTok turned off, so she can't gauge her 'rebranding' efforts.

And, there wasn't enough evidence in this case because CA beat the odds in hoping her daughter's body would stay out in the elements long enough without being discovered and until completely decomposed and then some, and Caylee's little body indeed was. Heart sticker that was placed with her and all. Even so that verdict still makes me so mad. There was NO justice for Caylee and now CA is trying to make a Social Media buck off of it all. HORRIBLE.

The only solace was not hearing about or seeing CA ever again after all of these years, and now here she is again. Re-opening all of the wounds again and apparently for her parents too. smh

Just go away.

We remember all of it. The lies, the job she didn't have, zanny the faux nanny, the partying, the self absorption, all of it. I still refuse to say her name 14 years after that farce of a trial.

But you are correct, many do not know what we all watched play out in real time as Caylee was missing.
