Here's my theory if it hasn't already been mentioned. The A family does not want their visits recorded or monitored. Even if all they say is "Hi honey, we put $50 in your commissary account... have a nice day."

In my opinion they would take every opportunity to resist their boundaries, even if they shoot themselves in the foot. They're stubborn, full of pride, arrogant and diseased with entitlement. How dare the State record their visits? Forget it. We stay home. Justathought.

On the other hand, I'm sure KC is terminally mad at her mother for calling 911 on a *effing whim* so there's that too.

I agree, she is used to the constant communication via phone and internet, and the constant attention. If she had a phone and a computer in there, she probably wouldn't care much.

I also agree that she will sex the guards or whoever to get what she wants....

That being said, Casey is in a real catch 22. In protective custody she is doing solitary time. Outside of protective custody, the confinement is less torturous but there has to be something from which she is being protected to be in protective confinement to begin with. Prisoners can be amazingly creative in accomplishing things they deem important. It never ceases to amaze me---the things they come up with...

Whatever that is may become reality if she is housed in a more traditional fashion.

I do wonder if she has reached the point at which she'd rather "take her chances" in population. She cannot be a queen if she has no subjects.

I don't believe Casey will divulge anything no matter how she is incarcerated.
She is too cold, too unfeeling, and too convinced she can get away with anything.

Very well said! I have heard the same on many doc.. shows that prisoners with the same fate as KC hate it! She only queen to one person herself now that's got to be hard....except for all of her imaginary friends, nanny etc. She is a cold spiteful b****!!:cold::cold::cold::cold::cold:

I just can't imagine pooping that close to my bed..that really grosses me out. Does the bed have anything on it like a thin matress or does she sleep on metal?

She also has to eat that close to the toilet. Ewwww.

ugh, I would completely die in there. I would freeze to death (florida or not, I am always cold anyways) and I would starve because I am a vegetarian and somewhat particular at that, and I read really fast so if I were only allowed 3 books, with nothing else to do that would last about a day, and having a toilet 4 inches from my bed, and I am too prissy to not have my own shampoos and deoderants and things.

It looks like hell in there in that little space and it gives me bad feelings.

Maybe this has been stated but KC is merely in a stop over to her "real" home, PRISON. She's in a country club right now. If they want that little so-n-so to break the police need to take her on a little journey to her new home and let her see how those crazies act.

My sister is in a detention center in Florida, has been for over 3 months, she gets soap and a clean towel to take a shower. She wrote a letter asking for money to be put in her commissary account for shampoo, deodorant, etc. These are considered to be luxury items. So I would assume Casey would have to buy these items as well. BTW we didn't send any money.

You think a toilet 4" from the bed is the worst?? In jail you do not have your own undergarments. Yes that is right the panties are communal and you only get clean ones 2 or 3 times a week! But then again that is more than Caylee is getting.
Now that is gross and disgusting...certainly enough to keep me on the straight and narrow.

My cousin was in jail for drugs and I did give her $20 a week, even though I was MAD as he77 at her, but I did feel sorry for her, because the circimstances why she was there.

What I found eerie about her cell was there was not a mirror of any type on the walls. So she will not be able to view the reflection of her life. She won't even be able to tell her reflection what a good person she is and how everyone has wronged her. Too bad it can't be Caylee's reflection looking back at her.

Also, the entire A family members are always chompin' on gum. Wads of gum have to be consumed in that household. That must be driving her nuts not to be able to have gum while she ponders her next move and who next to pounce on and manipulate.
