No wonder I have had trouble understanding what this convo was about.. I was interpreting that statement to mean "I talked to KC about putting the house up for sale, because I was having trouble making the payments" while it seems the rest of you Ws'ers were thinking it meant "I talked to KC about selling HER the house because I was having trouble making the payments"

We are having a problem with A-speak translation.

I may be wrong but that comment seems like it can be interpreted two ways. The first being (as we've been thinking all along in this thread) that Cindy said she had mentioned selling Casey the house. (Which to my mind, makes no sense!) But it can also be interpreted as meaning that the only time she talked to Casey about selling the house was when they were having trouble affording the mortgage payments. See what I mean? I think Amy meant to say that Cindy told her the only time she talked to Casey about selling the house was when . . . As opposed to she talked about selling Casey the house. What do you all think? We could just be misunderstanding the Anthony-speak again!!!

LOL! Remember we are talking about people who triumphantly think that the lack of a handwriten "z" on a common last name makes the entire name null and void, and exhibit semantic smugness in answering in court "it was an OFFICE COMPLEX - not a WAREHOUSE").

A family who will negate an entire argument on a tiny technicality is the kind of family that will bring up someone to trade in "mistruths" and "half-truths" with little or no compunction. I'm sure KC won all kinds of arguments based on lies with little petty errors or ridiculous loopholes. What a bunch!

Hope this is the right thread to post. (lots 'o topics here)

I've been thinking about this, and I recall the im's from June 10th between KC and TL.

KC is already telling TL (and AH) - "just a few more days......." and things of that nature. (highlighted in red)

Also, she is telling TL about "Jules" and how they know each other......Weird. Is this the first time anyone hears of the infamous "Juliette L" or was she named in the work email too- can't remember.

Oh, and at the end of the text session on the 11th (near the bottom), TL refers to KC as "Bella Mia". I think that means "my beautiful" in italian. I'm thinking this plays in with the tattoo.

Could any of this be considered premeditation in some way?

Funny, this is what I was looking at today too.

To me, the totality of her communications with all her friends suggests that she really did think she was getting the house to herself (somehow) on June 13 or 14, but something happened at the last minute (like June 12 or 13) to mess up that plan. Can it really be a coincidence that Caylee was never seen again after that weekend?

I've been thinking about this, and I recall the im's from June 10th between KC and TL.

KC is already telling TL (and AH) - "just a few more days......." and things of that nature. (highlighted in red)

Also, she is telling TL about "Jules" and how they know each other......Weird. Is this the first time anyone hears of the infamous "Juliette L" or was she named in the work email too- can't remember.

Oh, and at the end of the text session on the 11th (near the bottom), TL refers to KC as "Bella Mia". I think that means "my beautiful" in italian. I'm thinking this plays in with the tattoo.

Could any of this be considered premeditation in some way?

This just strengthens my belief that she was planning on doing away with CA and GA too. Maybe more so them than Caylee. Maybe she killed Caylee because she either couldn't go through with killing GA and CA, didn't have the opportunity, or CA/GA found out what was going on and that was the big fight on the 15th.

Logically, you have to ask yourself, why would CA/GA, either or them, sign the house over to Casey? They had to know that she did not have the financial ability to pay the mortgage nor did she have the maturity.

Why would CA, if she could not afford the house payments, let Casey live there and make the payments? Her history pretty much proves that she had never in her life been help responsible for paying for anything at all.

If CA , would have to be totally off her rocker to give Casey responsibility for taking over her mortgage payments, then there are only 2 reasons for Casey to brag about her taking over the house.....1) it was all a big lie but if that is the case....it was really stupid of her to bring Amy into it when Amy had no place else to go or 2) She was making plans to get rid of at least CA (maybe not GA if she was convinced that her mom was kicking him out before hand).

I guess, if she was not planning to get the house she would not have invited Amy to move in because when that did not happen she would have to come up with a really good story and still lose credibility with her peers. Don't cha think?

Really long post just to say I think that she had a much bigger plan in mind based on the house story and the search for household weapons, etc.

Caylee may have been collateral damage when she got angry because CA and GA were on to her. Thus the reason that CA won't admit the big fight on the 15th. She would have to tell the court that she found out that Casey was planning to off them which would not go over well when Caylee was killed.

I've been thinking about this, and I recall the im's from June 10th between KC and TL.

KC is already telling TL (and AH) - "just a few more days......." and things of that nature. (highlighted in red)

Also, she is telling TL about "Jules" and how they know each other......Weird. Is this the first time anyone hears of the infamous "Juliette L" or was she named in the work email too- can't remember.

Oh, and at the end of the text session on the 11th (near the bottom), TL refers to KC as "Bella Mia". I think that means "my beautiful" in italian. I'm thinking this plays in with the tattoo.

Could any of this be considered premeditation in some way?

Yeah, at first I had to really look at the date and times to follow it all. Seems like the 6-10-2008 session ends at like 11:14 pm. And the next text session starts on 6-12-2008 at 8:51am. So don't know what went on June 11th. Unless it's posted somewhere I haven't looked.

This just strengthens my belief that she was planning on doing away with CA and GA too. Maybe more so them than Caylee. Maybe she killed Caylee because she either couldn't go through with killing GA and CA, didn't have the opportunity, or CA/GA found out what was going on and that was the big fight on the 15th.

Logically, you have to ask yourself, why would CA/GA, either or them, sign the house over to Casey? They had to know that she did not have the financial ability to pay the mortgage nor did she have the maturity.

Why would CA, if she could not afford the house payments, let Casey live there and make the payments? Her history pretty much proves that she had never in her life been help responsible for paying for anything at all.

If CA , would have to be totally off her rocker to give Casey responsibility for taking over her mortgage payments, then there are only 2 reasons for Casey to brag about her taking over the house.....1) it was all a big lie but if that is the case....it was really stupid of her to bring Amy into it when Amy had no place else to go or 2) She was making plans to get rid of at least CA (maybe not GA if she was convinced that her mom was kicking him out before hand).

I guess, if she was not planning to get the house she would not have invited Amy to move in because when that did not happen she would have to come up with a really good story and still lose credibility with her peers. Don't cha think?

Really long post just to say I think that she had a much bigger plan in mind based on the house story and the search for household weapons, etc.

Caylee may have been collateral damage when she got angry because CA and GA were on to her. Thus the reason that CA won't admit the big fight on the 15th. She would have to tell the court that she found out that Casey was planning to off them which would not go over well when Caylee was killed.

Rambling comment over now.

I have a different take on this along similar lines I dont think the fight was about them finding out she was lying about getting the house I think her plans changed drastically that night because Caylee told CA something about KC so KC killed Caylee out of anger retaliation for whatever Caylee told CA I think the duct tape was symbolic kinda saying you should have kept your mouth shut

One more thing the Winnie the Pooh blanket screams killed by a mother I know it sounds strange but often times mothers cover or wrap their children in blankets after they kill them I read that in a book by one of the first Criminal Profilers in the FBI for the life of me I cant remember his name

Funny, this is what I was looking at today too.

To me, the totality of her communications with all her friends suggests that she really did think she was getting the house to herself (somehow) on June 13 or 14, but something happened at the last minute (like June 12 or 13) to mess up that plan. Can it really be a coincidence that Caylee was never seen again after that weekend?

This has my mind going now. Can you smell the smoke? The texts on the 10th KC says to TL ".....3 days to be exact the place is all mine......." We know from TL's stmts to LE that He and KC were at the mall June 11th or 12th, with Caylee in toe. TL passed out flyers for Fusian and when he finished he treated KC and Caylee to Cheesecake Factory.

They were both at Fusians that night, Fri. the 13th. But where was Caylee? Remember the rumor that was floating around that KC brought Caylee into Fusians that night and someone mentioned to her that is wasn't cool to bring the kiddo to a night club? Guess Caylee was home with CA & GA.
What happend Saturday the 14th? Where did KC go? Did she buy anything? And what was she doing while CA & Caylee went to visit CA's dad? :waitase

IIRC CA said that they were going to take Caylee to see Georges family but was too tired to go maybe KC planned on putting Chloroform in their car somehow all would pass out and have an "accident"?

The online conversation between Casey and that L7 guy just makes me sick. I'm not sure it has anything to do with much except part of all the lies she told everyone when she was putting them off. If she was planning on getting rid of Caylee then she'd put him off just like she did everyone else. Maybe then she could hide out at his place if necessary. He could have cared less about all the things she was telling him about nanny and this and that. All he wanted was to get into her pants. She'd never have been able to handle someone like him and probably knew it. She might have been planning to get rid of George though along with Caylee. Cindy still worked and was of use and then would probably name Casey as beneficiary or one of them.

A "most excellent" thread that has been picking up as of late. I swear I am not normally such a wishy-washy guy but I find meself agreeing with ALL the posts :waitasec:. I eagerly read darn near every single page of documentation released but admit to not reading her texts. Just this example shows what sort of class and imagination we are dealing with. I am not a prude but when every me and me girl get "randy" in text or email, well the descriptions are a wee bit more poetic. :blushing: Closer to topic, there is so much weight to both the take out theory and the plain old her "perping Vanilla Ice style" (I live in a predominately African-American neighbourhood and give the kids treats when they teach me their slang and signs. the "p.V.I.s" means to be lying big time.) I really think she had some online diary somewhere that is a real picture into a sick and tortured soul out there. Remember, the SOA did not bring the DP back just to scare her into a plea. There are going to be things brought out in the trial that will rival any film's courtroom drama. You can bank on that.

Good point. Maybe Caylee overheard KC say something and told CA. I could see CA steaming over the money but, you're right, she had already been used to dealing with KC doing that. Which reminds me! I wonder why GA had that gun in his car/trunk??? Was he afraid of KC?
True, C&G will never admit these things. And the neighbors hearing them arguing outside. I just thought of something else! Wasn't CA going to take Caylee somewhere else that day, but went home instead? I would think she would deal with KC and the money issue after finishing her plans with Caylee, especially since it was a Sunday and the banks were closed anyway? JMO

Reading that conversation between KC and Tony again really has me thinking....I agree the key is the fight on the 15th.I tend to believe that is also the clue ,the thing KC mentioned in the jailhouse conversation that "don't worry,I did not say anything"
....and even for her delusions she seemed certain she would have the house....I'm beginning to think CA was in on it....it would explain a lot of the way CA has been acting....what if they were BOTH plotting to get rid of George ,well at least CA was talking about throwing him out and KC could have the house and she would move into an apartement,what if CA made KC believe this?....and when KC noticed it's not going to happen the fight/rage happened on the 15th....that would explain CA acting so guilty and being in cover up mode,that would explain the anger KC displays during the jailhouse tapes towards her mom yet she seems honestly remorsful when she talks to her dad...
...I also wonder what date that was when Tony mentioned he did not want girls,unfortunetely I think without this statement Caylee would still be alive today.
