You aren't the only one thinking that. There's lots of speculation around the internet identical to yours. It would also explain why the paternal grandparents aren't involved in this.

I don't know...as crazy as this whole thing is, it's possible.
IMO...this is wandering into dangerous territory.

That remark was later retracted on the news. They were erroneous in what they reported.

Which part was retracted?

I'd just like to comment on something a caller to Nancy Grace inquired about, but it just sort of got brushed over. She wondered about criminals returning to the scene of the crime and wondered if Universal had been looked at? Nancy just talked about how they checked her work history there or some such - but I think the caller was thinking that this might be a crime scene. And you know -Casey does mention Universal a lot - even if she is lying while doing it. Is she intentionally or subliminally letting clues slip out?

She worked at Universal
Jeff worked at Universal
Juliet worked at Universal
She may have lost her phone at Universal

Her atty said there were reasons Casey said Caylee had been at places like Universal

Universal Universal Universal - makes me wonder.

Something else about this case I don't think we've heard (or at least I haven't) Normally when a family member feels a child has been kidnapped there is normally a public plea to the kidnapper in general. All I've heard in this case is she is missing and out there please find her. Anyone else find this odd??

Yes! The reward is now $225K and a Nanny would give up Caylee for that, eh?

I know that the reigning theory is that Casey killed Caylee. But there are two things that have not really been addressed...one is that there is a Zenaida Gonzales that lives less than 9 miles from the Sawgrass apartments in Orlando where Casey says she left Caylee.
The other is the issue of the BlackJack phone that she says she lost that had the babysitters number in it. A lot of people say that the phone never existed. ANyone that says that has not checked out Caseys Photobucket account. The first pic in the first album has a picture of Casey sitting at a bar table with 2 things in front of her. The first is a 22 ounce beer bottle. The second is a Samsung Black Jack phone.
Also, we see a lot of photos of Casey Anthony in a party atmosphere or drinking...enough so that there is a very good chance that she has a drinking problem, which would explain the money and lying issues as well as things like possibly not remembering which apartment complex she left her daughter at.
I am not defending her actions and if it comes to light that she did kill her daughter I will not be shocked. But there are factors and evidence that point to the idea that she may not have.

That is possible also possible when she did go to pick Caylee up she went to the wrong apartment. I wonder why though no one has come forward with Caylee.

I also considered Casey has someone hiding Caylee out keeping her away from Cindy but why would they not come forward now?

Seems in any of these situations the person having Caylee would be scared and would come forward.

I am still waiting for forensics before deciding Caylee is no longer with us.....

You bet I do. There is a little girl missing named Reigh, I guess she was taken by her natural father..anyway I saw HER mother on TV today asking the father to bring her back and telling the little girl "you will always be my princess"
Nothing with these folks. Why

I think, both of these points come back to one thing...she never had a nanny named "Zanny".

The phone she may have. Good catch on the pics, I had not noticed that. However, the reason she is saying she can't find it or the sim card(couldn't figure out which one she was trying to say she lost), is because if she DID have the phone or the sim card the voila...she would have the mysterious nanny's phone number!

As far as a Zenaida living nearby, I feel certain that LE has checked out every zenaida/zenada/zenny fernandez/gonzales/garcia by now - anywhere. After all, she kidnapped a 2 yr old girl!

And as far as forgetting where she left her little girl, I'm thinking by now, even the drunkest of drunks would have had plenty of time to dry up and remember. She would be singing like crazy right now, if only she wasn't afraid that she would implicate herself even more.

I do understand what you are trying to say. But, I'm not buying it. JMO.

DJ didn't say that. BTW...I thought FOX was awful tonight.
I don't like Seth, the producer from GVS, he seems to get his info that he passes off as "Breaking News" from HERE

It's a long shot but they might have some one in CSI that has a lot of experience with different dirt samples in the Orlando area. They may be able to figure out where the dirt came from and then take it from there. Fingers Crossed!!

Not to be glib, but I swear, it's the geo-dudes that know their stuff cold. Like entomologists, which may come into play here, if only to attest to the fact that there were no maggets in the car on the pizza.
OR, there was pupa/larva not associated with a food source..

I say this like it matters, sorry, I want to make sure this is all locked tight, but in the middle of writing this post, my heart is with Caylee. Evidence is just that, she is a beautiful pretty princess..

The babysitter may have been wanting to snatch Caylee and saw the opportunity when Casey never showed up. Or Caylee may have been abused, there is speculation about that, and the babysitter believes that she is protecting her. I do have other cases like this, at least two, I am scouring my files for them. I think the child was younger, but the basic premise is the same.

Watching Fox always makes me feel like I'm wasting my time, because they never have anything 'new' that hasn't already been discussed or 'revealed' here...

Un huh, that chance it won't be read, is between slim and none.
IMO
If the letter is addressed to Jose, it can't be read by anyone else (Atty/Client privledge) or considered as ingoing/outgoing mail. However, Jose can choose to "share" it with the family with the expressed permission of his client (or at least it is my understanding of how it could work).

CC- thanks for mentioning that. I thought the exact same thing when I saw that. I don't think Caylee is anywhere near where she can hear her mother's voice (or anyone else's for that matter) which makes me incredibly sad. I realized that her GM has never pleaded to anyone other than LE to bring Caylee home. No poignant pleas, just angry recriminations on Casey's side.

I'm not sure if they said "blood", but they did say evidence from the car...I heard "dirt".

I heard them say dirt also.....hope I heard it wrong!
