or could they wet the week early to Cindy's father so on the actual day they could stay home with family? I have given a card early b4.

I've done that, too. It's hard sometimes to always hit the exact day, especially if there are parents and grandparents on both sides.

In this case, though, I think the video had a time stamp on it. (somebody correct me if that's wrong)

and how did she answer that question...of how she had money to live by herself and care for her child (including babysitting)

I don't know that she ever did! Cindy initially tried to talk around questions and had to be stopped by the judge and the Pros. She even tried to pull the ole, this is about Caylee not Casey. The prosecutor said since it's a bail hearing about Casey, this is about her. Something like that. lol. I wish we had a transcript of the hearing.

Grandma threatened the detective with not cooperating any longer if he went to the senior home to verify the date. She said "SHE" would check it out.

Gotta "somewhat" defend gma again. Her dad is an old man. Maybe she didn't want him to know what is going on, didn't want him upset. I don't understand why she would object to them going and checking the visitors' registry. He wouldn't even have to know about that.

i think the only reason we seen tears from Casey this afternoon is because she's been in jail a few days and knows now she will be spending many many more days there when the truth comes out..
She was crying for herself imo! :furious:

Yeah and big NEWS FLASH to gma...she can't stop the police from going there. Exactly who does she think she is anyway?

I think we need to go back and watch that video again to look for marks or bruises! I wonder when the hairdresser came forward with the report and cell phone picture of her being bruised?? Either way, it is worth a closer look imhoo

It does look like she has a couple of very small bruises on her right forearm. But they could be consistant with a normal 2-3 year old playing. Nothing that looks like abuse to me in my opinion...

That's what I was saying earlier. She didn't shed a tear when she was out at the night clubs floosy doosying around but now that she is realizing her little act is up she is scared.. She makes me sick

that is if they had a visitor registery.

Where I worked did not. So there is no way to know when all visitors came and went. The staff could help though. By when they worked and who saw them?

I've never had to sign in when I've visited people in assisted living, either, but I did hear someone mention a registry. Sorry, I can't begin to tell you where I heard that.... it was either in the detective's testimony today, or might have been gma herself... don't remember.

Thank you for letting me know. Just wondering about it. Thanks. :)

I was proud of the Judge making the remark about Casey could have taken the stand, but didn't. As was her right.
He had her number. The Hearing was 2 hours or more, I felt like I was watching a trial.
I have lost all hope of Caycee being alive. They pretty much proved she is gone today. Casey was crying for herself, and Cindy was just crying for all her loses. Grandpa looked like he was in a another place, before all this.
IMO

The detective said it on the stand. Cindy got mad when the asked for her dads name so the could check the registry and threatened to quit cooperating with them

Detective confirmed thay had indeed signed the registry. S.....June 15th is a firm date

Is Grandpa in Assisted Living or a Nursing Home? The Nursing home I worked at, no registry either/ they might have had to go there and ask Staff, etc. Cindy got so mad, all she had to do (probably) was tell LE I dont mind you going there to verify but please dont upset my Father.
Which is understandable. I dont understand Cindy.
If from todays testimony, it sounds bad for Caylee and she should try to
cooperate as much as possible now that its clear her daughter probably hurt Caylee. Why try and cover for Casey? I dont get, you'd think she
d be furious.

Now there is 100,000 fliers with the wrong date on them.

  • #156
Ok. The hairdresser mentioned the bruises but a different witness had the cell picture of the mark under Caylee's eye.

PS it was in the testimony today of the Detective, thought he was very good on stand. Brother also.

I haven't seen it posted and I'm recalling stuff. But the detective tesified about a witness that made a statement that he had seen Caylee with certain bruises. It so happens that the detective located a picture of Caylee showing the same bruises.

Right now, on Nancy Grace, they're replaying that portion of the detective's testimony. He said that he interviewed a hairdresser who stated she saw Caylee with multiple bruises and a mark on her cheek. Then another witness called the tip-line and provided the detective with a cell phone photo of Caylee that showed the mark on her cheek.

Cindy said, on one of the television interviews, that Caylee has been missing "from Casey" since June 14th - we discussed that here afterwards.... why the hell so many dates, why so much confusion????

AND.... Casey told Lee on June 15th, that she had not seen her daughter "in 31 days." 31 days is JUNE 15th
