I thought Jeff Hopkins was located and interviewed. I agree that there is a little truth in every lie that is told, I also believe in the simplest scenario. A vacant apartment, film/multi-media students, an unemployed mother, a missing little girl, people scrambling around the truth. Oops, foxnews just said new lead, Caylee's mother didn't go to work on the day she dropped her off with the baby sitter. I thought that was a given, one would have to have a job in order to go to work.

THe family know a Jeff Hopkins, but when he came forward and claimed Casey was lying, her father George went on tv and said HE was NOT the Jeff hsi daughter was talking about, so he wants us to believe there is another Jeff in her life who knows ZG who we can't find.

Regarding the interview with Clint

There is an interesting DROP-OFF of activity after June 20. After July 1, Tony took a trip to NY and Clint moved into his new place. Tony and Casey were hot and heavy -- so on the face of it -- it seems normal. The only time we can place Casey between June 20 and July 15 is cooking for friends on July 2. There are phone calls and myspace postings -- but we have precious little info about where people physically are. Did George and Cindy go away?

If I'm not mistaken Cindy is on her 4th week of vacation,with 1 week left and then she can apply at work for additional time off.

Oh how Cindy must hate the thought of going back to face people at her job.

I have no doubt that a TOM MANLEY does exist but she was not refering to the TOM MANLEY you are speaking of - please read below straight out of the arrest report:

While with Leonard, I called the defendant on my cell phone and my speaker phone on so all could hear. The defendant confirmed that she did currently work for universal as an event coordinator. She said her office extension was . lEonard said this was not a valid extension and even tried calling it. She said her direct supervisor was Tom (Manley). They have no Tom Manley employed there. The head of the events department is Tom Mattson. Leonard called hima nd confirmed they did not have the defendant listed as an employee, either past or present. I asked the defendant where her office was and she couldn't give me the bbuilding number or location.

I'm going on the assumption that Tom Manley works for Kodak AT Universal, thus there would be no Tom Manley on the payroll for Universal. There is so much tangled up with these promotional jobs, it's hard to say where anyone worked. I do think there is a job in there somewhere, but not necessarily a paying one.

The only thing that I disagree with is that ZG could have been "picked up a million different ways" No way! ZG looked at an apartment at Sawgrass the very place Casey says she last left Caylee on the same EXACT day that she borrows the shovel? The odds of her picking that name out of thin air are slim to none. We all have a better chance at winning the lottery tonight than all of those things lining up as a coincidence.

In my gut, I know that we will eventually hear exactly how Casey obtained that information on ZG @ Sawgrass. I don't know how just yet but it will surface. She overheard it or saw it or something....which again brings us back to Keyser Soze. Too many of her lies fit that bill.

I've been reading nearly everything on this here and on the news. I'm confused about a few things but my one question right now is why are they saying that Caylee was last seen June 8 when there is video tape from June 15th of her?

Ok, so who's paying Jose? She retains him from her holding cell. We all know Casey has no money. Cindy says Casey's paying him? With what? Who's paying for these private detectives, and who will be paying for all of the experts that Jose will need to get her off? Realistically this case will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, not to mention what it's going to cost the state of Florida with all the man hours put into this case. I can understand Jose Baez working for free for the notoriety, but I cannot understand him digging into his own pockets to pay God only knows how much to experts, court costs, private investigators, and his staff. The Anthony's surely do not have that kind of money.

Clint basically said Casey lived with Tony and him for the entire month of June and they stopped seeing Caylee after Fathers Day.

Clint lived with Casey for the month of June and then moved out July 1st.

She was arrested July 16th and her mother dragged her out of Tony's house.

Tony has all of the information regarding her demeanor and whereabouts until she was arrested with the exception of the couple of days that he was away when she was entertaining his friends.

oh yea, we have vultures here. I see them all the time on the side of the road, hanging out with the dead armadillo, turtles, etc. And they are HUGE. The kind that could put a dent in your car if you hit one.

If you take into consideration the common nature of the name -- it doesn't mean much. If you think that it is an unreal coincidence -- then I'd say Casey picked it up by looking at the card or overheard it. I once tried to track down a Steven Schwartz that had entered a building in New York. There were four in one day. But in the end -- all this doesn't matter -- because it's probably just a fabrication.

Well he certaintly was not the Director of events at Universal as she claimed, so to me it doesn't matter if the real Tom Manley was a janitor at Universal, he was not who she claimed he was and she was lying.

I am an event planner for a large bank and I know the real event director at Universal and he did not think it was funny.

I think George and Cindy were around. According to George she was home on 24th - then Tony picked her up from Amscot on 27th I think.

For the Tom portion I agree, they probably crossed paths in 2006 before she was fired.

They never went into the 'not going to work' thing... guess they realized the mistake as well. Had me curious. It was mentioned before they went to break, then when they came back the coverage was about the cell phone pings and GP's not wanting people to throw out the possibility of death, because they believe people will stop calling in with tips.

A lot of us have been trying to confirm the $45,000 that was mentioned out in cyber-world and most of us heard it on Nancy Grace.

It almost looks like "Mark Williams" pulled this figure out of thin air and Nancy ran with it on her next show as well as other media etc.

When I look at the date of July 25, 2008, there was no way LE even investigated credit card charges etc. IMO!
