Yep! I think that's exactly what needs to be focused on. Seems like theres too much info relating to fusian, society entertainment, sawgrass, DW, and craiglist. Theres a common denominator somewhere, but where? Just thinking out loud.......DJ's, promoters, scantily clad pics, craigslist, call girl insinuations, multiple boyfriends, who's the father, the child disappears when Casey is deeply entrenched in the club scene. There is something more to this.

Maybe a thread called fusian, society entertainment, sawgrass, DW, and craiglist would do the trick.

There is a huge coverup going on

this has been my feeling from the start of around the second week after the story initially broke in the media.

The experts have been so wishy-washy about this though. making it seem unlikely that it could happen. however, that could be DNA evidence that would take longer to process... which could mean it isn't back? I don't think they would send the air for testing at the "body farm" if they had blood, though.

With CSI, CSI:NY, CSI:Miami and daddy an ex-LEO, I'd find it hard to believe there was any blood evidence that wasn't destroyed by bleach.

Casey was not deeply entrenched in the club scene. She had been dating Tony and going to Fusian for about five weeks before she was arrested. She was new to the scene and the promoters girlfriend ie; tag along. Before June 1st Casey was playing beer pong in the basement with friends.

The craigslist guy was deemed a loon from the moderators. It would have been SIMPLE for Casey to obtain ZG's name from sawgrass especially since she was moving and looking for an apartment.

The president himself could tell Cindy she can not question Casey. That would not stop her. C'mon, you know she is going to want answers...

There are many possibilities but I still do not think that Casey would sit in jail and take the fall for someone elses crime. And if this is the case than it is quite contradictory because if she cares so much for Caylee that she wants to protect her than she would have done something at this point to aid in rescuing her from these dangerous people who have her. Doesn't fit.

I don't think the Casey is covering for someone concerning "what happened" to Caylee. She is responsible for what happened. Now I do believe that Casey was into some very undesireable stuff in her personal life. NOW those "people" she IS covering for because it would not be in her best interest to oppose them. I think this is why the FBI was brought in. During the investigation of Caylee/Casey LE came across some illegal dealings. Tons of cover ups and currents running deep through this case. This case is not JUST about Caylee any longer. This is just my opinion. Hopefully LE/FBI won't keep their silence much longer.

IF Casey is truly INNOCENT then WHY can't she talk??????? I think someone needs to get a media person to ask Baiz this question! If she has no involvement in Caylee's disappearance then WHAT could she say that would incriminate her?

Fox News is covering this now........Shepard Smith. When Casey got home, she hugged mom and dad, said she had to take a shower. Then there was a meeting with Cindy, George, Lee, Casey, the BH, and Jose Baez. Baez gave them all the ground rules, and Baez told everyone that they're not to talk about the case unless he is present. So much for "once she's out of jail, she'll be able to help find Caylee."

What's the point in that? Is he going to answer for her, or tell her how to answer? Can he read her mind? That makes no sense at all. What law would they be breaking if they discussed it w/o him present? Baez can't really enforce this can he? Can she write things down, does that count....geez

As far as Padilla, if the attorney- or the family is paying him any fee then he has to abide by the attorney's wishes- the attorney is the boss.

As far as family, they will be told that there is every possibility that they will be called for the prosecution's case. That they do not want to know anymore than they already know in case they end up testifying against her.

Oh I agree completely. I have been following and uncovering plenty of underworld strangeness. I just don't believe we are allowed to post about it.

The fact that the lawyer doesn't want anyone to ask her what's up tells me something. I know lawyers don't want people talking especially to the media but they usually don't say anything to family members that I've ever heard of. He knows what happened and he knows Casey knows what happened. Period.

This really does look like nothing more than another coat of protection to keep Casey from talking.

IMO Baez has done nothing but set up for a murder trial from the very beginning. He's the only one that has kept the same straight-line insight through this whole mess.

The MOST disgusting part of this whole thing is that even though Casey refuses to help bring Caylee home....

her parents would be willing to have HER come home.

Why on earth would Casey EVER tell the truth..... her family is willing to accept her on whatever terms SHE sets.


I hope the dogs will be safe.... Casey is NOT to be trusted around small things.
