I am sure him and Casey have it all worked out that way. Now if anyone dares to ask her a question she can say Jose says we can't talk about that, or call her knight in shining armor so he can make the bad people stop bothering her. I think that is a sign that Baez is not so sure the Anthony's are going to stay on board when Caylee doesn't show up.
that makes sense, hes being very smart by covering all possible bases.

Snipped for space...

It would have been SIMPLE for Casey to obtain ZG's name from sawgrass especially since she was moving and looking for an apartment.

IMHO.
How would she get her info by looking at an apt?

Casey was not deeply entrenched in the club scene. She had been dating Tony and going to Fusian for about five weeks before she was arrested. She was new to the scene and the promoters girlfriend ie; tag along. Before June 1st Casey was playing beer pong in the basement with friends.

The craigslist guy was deemed a loon from the moderators. It would have been SIMPLE for Casey to obtain ZG's name from sawgrass especially since she was moving and looking for an apartment.

IMHO.

One more point...the Sawgrass ZG was just that, Zaneada Gonzolas (sp?). Casey INSISTED a "Fernandez" was in the name. I have heard/seen nothing saying the Sawgrass lady had a Fernandez, hyphenated, in her name. It could have been chance luck, happenstance, apartment-hunting, even, but it was not completely accurate...

Now..I'm outta here....:)

That's one way of looking at it, but I have to respectfully disagree with you. She had been hanging out with TonE for 5 weeks and going to fusian. That is more than enough time for bad acquaintences and relationships to form. I would say that anyone in that many photos weather she was girlfriend of a promoter or not, was deeply entrenched and involved. You made my point for me with the beer pong reference. That was how life used to be for her. Then she moved on to the club scene, all new people she didn't know that well and obviously would have been stupid to trust only five weeks later.

Also the ZG factor is not that cut and dry! So, how did she get ZG's name? How simple was that? I haven't heard any information on how the link was made between ZG and Casey. Looking for an apartment does not justify getting ZG's info at all!

Nancy Grace, Greta and Geraldo all have asked this. He always dodges and talks about Caylee's safety.
They should all know that any defense lawyer would tell their client not to talk if she/he is a suspect.

I hope Cindy finally comes to her senses and demands some answers from her loving daughter irregardless who is there in the room.

Up to and including the infamous HIPPO!!!

a sign in sheet, a peak inside of a car, could have obtained information in many shady ways. Casey gleaned that name somehow on the 17th the same day she was somehow ridding of Caylee's body. There is no "underworld" involved. Casey Anthony went from beer pong to Fusian in 5 weeks time.

Occums Razor.

I would really like to know much more about Society entertainment, Fusian, the Sawgrass apartments, and the ZG from Sawgrass, how long since she hasn't had a job and what job she previously had.

IMO

If they can determine the hair came AFTER death, it sure would mean a very big something.

According to Michael Baden, there is some kind of 'band' that appears on the hair AFTER your death.... not sure how quickly it appears OR even if it appears on every hair though.
Also the root of the hair will tell them if it was shed when the person was alive or after death when the decomposition process is happening.

I understand completely how he can stop LE from the questions, but to be so arrogant as to tell her own family that they can't ask her where the hell Caylee is? Or what happened?

He has NO authority to tell them what they can or can't discuss with anyone outside of LE. IMO

In the interest of proetecting their daughter, his client, he sure can. Do they have to listen, no, but they would be smart to take his advice if they want to keep Casey out of more trouble.

Those who have nothing to hide, hide nothing.....

So the moderator of this site is involved in the cover up too? Sorry I'm lost!

I never said that, you did. Why lock threads? What's your explanation for this. This is a forum for discussions to take place in reference to solving this mystery, don't see or understand how locking threads helps that!

What's the point in that? Is he going to answer for her, or tell her how to answer? Can he read her mind? That makes no sense at all. What law would they be breaking if they discussed it w/o him present? Baez can't really enforce this can he? Can she write things down, does that count....geez

Baez is simply reminding them that anything Casey says can be used against her....

he has no way of knowing how far her parents would be willing to go to protect her from any charges, so he can't take that chance.

IMO, if Casey would agree to tell her family where to find Caylee's body, I truly believe they'd all be willing to testify to some pre-arranged story that would get her off easy. I just don't think they'd willingly testify against her IF the charges are more serious than neglect.... no matter WHAT the truth might be.

It just insinuates this sort of "dramatic" club scene. Its really not that big of a deal. It's a nightclub not a scene from the Sopranos. Casey got rid of Caylee because she did not fit into her new lifestyle...not because her new lifestyle was so "underground" and full of crime that Caylee was harmed. People go to nightclubs every single day and their children are still in one piece. IMHO

  • #318
Protecting her from what??? If Caylee is with a babysitter - and the babysitter took off with her then the babysitter is the one facing kidnapping, child endangerment, etc., charges......

If Casey did nothing wrong -- -AGAIN there is nothing to "protect" her from

I respectfully disagree...I do not see Casey as a victim and I am sure a lot of others don't either. Maybe in their mind she is but not mine.

That's what I meant....in their minds
