Question: knowing nothing about forensics, is it possible it didn't stink (too badly) yet? Is it possible that a smallish amount of bodily fluid wouldn't have degraded enough by the 24th to overpower the smell from the gas cans? Then got worse by the time the car was retrieved from the towing company? You'd think even a small amount would smell more and more daya after day in hot FL sun?

If she had been in there (god forbid I hate saying it) than it would have smelled. It doesn't take long to smell especially with extreme heat and closed in area.....

ANy idea what their connection with Baez is except for the obvious fact that he is an attorney.

I agree. So...if we can conclude that Casey was with Tony L. on the evening and night of June 15th until even the wee hours of the am and George can't really place Caylee with Casey that morning of the 16th. Something MUST have happened to Caylee while in Cindy's care or Casey's care immediately after the nursing home visit. Also...it would mean that George knew if he was willing to lie about the next day...wouldn't it?

I have a hard time swallowing George having any part in a cover up until recently. If you read the affidavit is states that George told LE he was concerned that Casey was "witholding information."

July 4th fight over Cindy's July 3rd posting on myspace, credit cards and Cindy locking down, no Caylee in sight. Dynamics. The bonding was nonsense.

I believe the neighbor said Father's day around 4pm.

Hmmmmmmmmm tryin to remember 1st date he said this had to be shrtly after the arrest when Casey's friend said she was with them, thus the neighbor sighting. Plus she had this attire on in a Dec/Christmas photo. She would have been grown out of it by June

I think Casey pants being in the car triggered that recollection.

I would hazzard a guess that she answered the phone from her mother when and if she felt like it...and when and if it suited her alibi (ie, call in the day...Caylee is napping...call in the eve....caylee is in bed....call in the day....she is busy and not pick up or set it to voicemail.

Cynthia called Amy....to ask where CA was.. She drove to pick up Amy and took her with to get Casey.

If Cynthia could have called her dauther to get her she wouldn't have needed Amy.

I bet Amy and Cynthia surprised Casey and away they went.

Cell phones could have been dumped anytime between there imhoo.

LexisNexis is one of the largest reseach organization in the world for articles, newspapers, archives, and such. Everything from filings to pleadings to case historys. IT IS MASSIVE.

She wouldn't have dumped the blackjack, imo. She either gave it away or something else. There was no reason to dump it.

I can see her maybe ditching the calls. However, with the talk of her service being cut off...makes me wonder when it was cut off and the exact date. I think Lee is wrong.

Sounds like a service an attorney would use. The salesperson probably gave Baez the umbrella.
