His "lovely" wife better be at his office with him and Casey if she knows what is good for her............I saw their exchange when she was leaving jail and there are some serious PLANS there......

LE cannot arrest her for not talking to them or charge her for anything for not talking to her. They have already charged her with a crime. They have no right to talk to her now. LE should NOT have charged her when they did. Then maybe they would have got more info out of her. Once a suspect or a person lawyers up, they do not have to talk to LE and LE cannot contact or question the person again.

I don't know if this question has been raised yet or not, but I want to know why Casey is not being charged with something like "withholding evidence?" The family spokesman says that she is helping out and giving leads, but NOT to LE.....so since it's an open investigation, isn't there something they can charge her with since she is not giving them info? I know she can take the 5th and not talk to LE at all, as she has done, but she is openly talking to others about what she "says" she knows...

From what I understood, the interview and the boat ride happened recently but not today. Baez was in NY, remember right before LP was totally injected into this case and this most likely happened then. Geraldo probably waited until his show was coming on to release the video so he could try and grab some more viewers to watch his show.......... All about Casey, All about the GPs, All about LP, now All about GR! Blech!

I hate to keep bringing up the weather factor; really I do; but Fay has been in Florida since Monday, I think. We are about an hour from Orlando, on the east coast, and it's been raining and windy all week. Hadn't even seen the sun until today -- then it started to rain again. I keep going back to not good boating weather!

Let me guess --- she went there so she could search and call without being "spyed" on...................to bad she doesnt have the damn SIM to even have a phone number to call.............

Seems to me they're sitting in his office coming up with lies --- and isnt it odd that she signed into her myspace today? Id like to know what time THAT was in comparison with what time she left to Baez's office.........

Since Baez/Anthonys believe that the house is bugged and they are meeting at his office could LE get warrants for his office during the time frame that Casey is there?

"Absolutely" not, conversation between a lawyer and client are privileged information, anything obtained would not only be inadmissible evidence, it would be illegal to obtain it in the first place.

I can't stand Geraldo............I can't even stand to watch him. He is on the WRONG side of almost every issue..........How that man was ever placed in his position is a mystery to me. Him and Colmes (on Hannity and Colmes) are two of the most uninformed, IDIOTS on Fox news.

Ok, There have been a few clues I have hear, including the one below, that Casey was not the person we see today in jail. She was noted as a loving mother and a nice girl. But something change for her in recent times. Even her father mentioned that something happened to her and she got into the wrong crowd or something. So what happened to Casey to make her into this? It looks like Rev. Grund doesn't have much 'like' for Cindy Anthony. Do you think it is drug use and drug sellers that Casey got involved with? I know there is alot we don't know which is why Padilla got involved. There is a whole other part to this story that we don't know of. However, that doesn't mean that Caylee is alive or that Casey isn't responsible for her death thru the lifestyle she was leading and the people she was dealing with. I wonder if Tony is involved or whether he had no idea of her other life too? I wonder if LE or anyone has any idea of who else Casey was hanging around with that none of us have heard of?

I am on the same page with you. I seriously doubt they are in that office. Just that the media did not catch them leaving. They will "re-appear" later.

After seeing the LIVE report of Geraldo infront of the Anthony home at 2:00 PM with all of the "security" sitting in the truck, I would have to believe Casey was home otherwise, one of the clan would be following Casey.

The interview was probably done last weekend when Baez went to a meet n greet with an "unnamed" person in NY and not taken anywhere near Florida. They just chose to wait until now to release it.

If anyone knows about Baez wife and/or has a picture of her I would love to find out more about her.

Our wireless got hacked yesterday and I spent some time today when it got back up researching Jose Baez.

He is 39, has a 21 yo daughter who is an assistant in his office. That would make him 18 when she was born.

I also found information that before he got his act together he was arrested for some small felony. He then straightened out his life. He wanted to be a cop and then changed directions midstream and became a lawyer.

Prior to this case he wasn't that will known and has a small office in a strip mall.

I have yet to find a bit of information on the "wife"

Anyone that has a link I would appreciate it.

I do believe that she was involved with drugs. Is that way Caylee disappeared? I don't know. But looking at the type of friends she held close and what they were involved in, their personalities shown through the pictures, etc, I do think that she was involved in drugs. JMO!

I have always felt that. Many on other boards believe she was a "mule" and if that is the case, then she will be protected with a LOT of money and connections no matter what she did.

We need to look at the OTHER cases Baez has defended in the courts in that area.
