I think the $64 kazillion question should be restated frequently:

I agree with you that they shouldnt have charged her when they did but hind sights always 20/20. They probably thought is she spent some time locked up or being questioned hard that should would spill the beans, but that of course did not happen. I do feel confident that LE will come through in the end though and give little Caylee some justice! I pray they do anyway!

Don't forget that LE can always drop charges. And re-charge.

I think she used more than really being involved in dealing. I think she would have more money if she dealt. If she did deal, she was small time and possibly got in trouble somehow by losing her stash or something. I don't know; I'm reaching. I do think that she at the very least did drugs. I also think her friends did too. And more than just pot. JMO!!!!

I am going to have to disagree. JP and JG would have mandatory drug testing for their jobs. The rest of them might be recreational users, but not hardcore. They all have real jobs and/or go to school. Not seeing any signs of hardcore drug users on any of those myspace or facebook pages. I just don't believe it was drug related in this case.

What is LP actually doing besides parking outside and giving interviews on news stations? Is he escorting Casey to and from wherever? Has he organized any searches? What happened to all his public statements about finding the Caylee Anthony in one week's time. Is he waiting for Casey to finish painting her nails and having her brows done to actually talk to her and get that information he was so sure would come spilling out. But his plan must have been foiled by Casey's atty. who told her to SHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP....

I can't keep up with all the different versions, but what is he actually DOING besides guarding his $$?

My husband who could care less about this case and is not following it saw the video of them leaving the jail yesterday and said "Come check this out! She is nuzzling him!"

I know people disagree but many others see something askew there.

Give me a break...........they NEVER produce a picture, a witness, it is ALWAYS told to the Anthony's or THEIR people. If someone saw her they would call LE and not those crazy fools.

I agree 100% And please remember, everyone, that the sitings that are showing up are by people who do NOT know the child. They call them "Caylee sitings," but they are sitings by strangers so they are not as reliable as a siting by someone who actually KNEW the child.

I think Baez is pounding it into her head not to talk to anyone now that she is home. Not even her parents. He is probably telling her they have nothing on her and as long as she keeps her mouth shut and gives out no other info she will probably go free. He is plotting his strategy with her. He knows LE has nothing on her and can't arrest her for further things. I believe he will push for a quick trial. Once this goes to trial they cannot arrest her for further crimes. \

Here's a question. Can Baez petition for a trial date prior to the currently-assigned November date?

I'm wondering if he does so and is successful and the charges then get upped to murder/manslaughter, is he then stuck with that date?

I just cannot stand him. I can also see what side GERALDO is on...........the WRONG side of this case!

A "mule" is not really a dealer. They use mules to tranport the drugs without getting caught. It usually involves cocaine or heroin, rather than things like pot or drugs which have less value. A pretty woman with a small child is a "perfect mule' in most cases because LE will give them a pass.

Just when we thought this mess could not get more bizarre we have, Geraldo. Figures somehow he wanted "in" on this. Lost all his credibility years ago...Al Capone's tomb indeed.
By all means give the Florida attorney the benefit of all your experience Geraldo. He could use your help. Take him out on your boat and talk to him so we can all see how you are involved in helping solve this case.

Maybe the tv appearances need to stop so you can attend to the reason you say you are here...to find the child you feel is alive. Got to find a way to get your 50 grand back first?
My view is this mother wanted to be like all her young friends. Carefree and partying as often as possible. She had a little one to care for. When it wasnt convenient for her party time she tried calling everyone she knew who might be able to take care of little Caylee. Wasnt able to reach anyone the night she made all the phone calls. Decided to party anyway and just leave little Caylee in the car seat. When she returned to the car, it was too late. Caylee could have been unconscious at that time. Casey did not know what to do. Maybe she put the child in trunk and drove around for awhile. Maybe needed gas and a shovel.
I wonder if Casey knows of Joran vds. He lied constantly as well.

There is an idea! we take Casey and Joran and put them on a deserted island... sort of Survivor Liars Island, and see who is left at the end of, oh, 25 years or so.

On the Gerlado and Al Capone thing, I have to admit that I really enjoyed the show. It was a pretty well done info show about the era and the myths and stories about Capone. They could have left out the opening of the wall and I wouldn't have cared at that point.

I believe the notification that she is outside the area is sent to CA and then CA notifies LE in Orlando. However, a visit to the lawyer is legit - so, while she is there she is essentially free.

No. Not if they up the charges. He would then be given an extension in order to prepare. (as far as I know since I don't know jack about law or legal proceedings. LOL)
