I don't remember the specifics, but on blog, they talked about Casey being on Duckett's my space as a friend and how weird that was.

That was only because Mr. Duckett (or whatever his name is) offered to help look for Caylee when this story first broke.

She (Casey) has said (according to Cindy - so not really fact) that she knows who has her - just that she (Casey) doesn't know where she (Caylee) is at. So there really isn't a "go find her" mentality.

And yet.... George is "watching them?"


The 2 comments just don't add up. And if you include Cindy's insistence that people get out & search for Caylee.... they sound even MORE ridiculous.

But there are other facts that we are not privy to involving a kidnapping or someone has her story that could be verified in minutes, all casey has to do is start telling the truth. There is a 31 day timeline to build with facts. Casey can provide information that CAN be verifed by other people, CC records and phone records. She apparently can not do that.

Again, how do we know that she HASN"T done that? How do we know that Casey hasn't divulged some very sensitive information to Baez andhe's keeping that info very confidential? We don't

The thought just hit me though.. If Caylee's alive and well, why haven't LE gotten her? I don't believe they would sit around and let this case play out while a happy, healthy little girl is alive and the entire nation sits back waiting and searching.

WWYMD? He would call in SWAT, CARD, and every other available resource to go in and get Caylee without a doubt!! There is no way they would let her remain where she is if they knew she was anywhere alive. An army couldn't stop them from getting to her, imo.

I agree. If this were the case, WTH are the waiting for? Them to bring Caylee out gift wrapped with a frickin greeting card?? I call BS on that story.

I agree.. pending charges or not, attorney who wishes for you not to speak due to a criminal case, who cares? If they slap the cuffs on me fine, just find my child..this is what I know..
I can't wrap my hands around any mother who isn't guilty not speaking..
I can say this, WHERE IT COMES TO MY CHILDREN, THE LAW DOES NOT SCARE ME..!!!

And this is why innocent people are willing to take a lie-detector test! Because LE doesn't only study the results of the test, but the willingness of someone to take it. People who don't have anything to hide are pushing the police to ask them as much as police and are forthcoming with real info because they want to police to exclude them as fast as police and go look for their missing child.

Now someone who doesn't talk to police and the fbi even in the presence of her lawyer for a month now....well sorry no I can't believe any kidnapping story.

IMHO, she WILL NOT do that.

This whole thing about not speaking because everything in jail is monitored is beyond me..so I ask, what does it matter? If finding your child is important, why would she care that its monitored? We know why Biaz cares, because he wants to win the case against her. But why does she care if getting Caylee home is the objective? Unless..she killed her? Nothing else seems reasonable right now..why not say anything for 30 days? Why lie? Why say she is safe then say she fears for her life?

By some of the statements, I can now understand why Baez and the Anthonys keep on spewing this madness, people actually are buying into it.

The point is.. Baez is busting ass to defend and protect his client while no one seems to be protecting or defending Caylee.

Bring that baby home THEN take the necessary actions!

If she hasn't given it to LE or Baez hasn't and then they are still obstructing the investigation and she is guilty. It is really that simple. If she can help recover her daughter and she isn't it is neglect.

He acts like an attorney working with his client. If Casey has very sensitive information concerning Caylee and the "situation" any attorney worht his salt is going to do everything he can to keep that information confidential. Especially if LE is involved in that sensitive information.

I don't disagree with all that. BUT really... who gives a damn about client/attorney blah blah blah... her CHILD is missing!! Gone!! Hasn't been seen in weeks!! Casey schmacey... find the baby already!

Ok - think about this. IF you had a loved one that was "gone". And you knew of sensitive information about that - that shouldn't be desseminated especially to the general public - and you were caught up in this three ring media circus - would you just go out there and "spill the beans"? I think George got himself a real stern "talking to" about his "watching" comments. But, of course they (who has her) know they are being watched - doesn't matter. I have gotten to whre I don't even listen to George or Cindy anymore. They don't have anything to say (to me) that matters anyway.

Casey's emotional side is whatever side you want her to be. Whatever fits the day, hour, second. Borderline personality disorder. You want a crying mother, you got it. You want a fun loving easy going young girl. You can have that too. You want a tantrum. They are really good at those.
