WWYMD? He would call in SWAT, CARD, and every other available resource to go in and get Caylee without a doubt!! There is no way they would let her remain where she is if they knew she was anywhere alive. An army couldn't stop them from getting to her, imo.
Do we know that LE hasn't gone and talked to these "people" and these "people" have produced evidence to LE showing they have every right to have Caylee? We don't know that. SWAT, snipers, whatever are not needed.

We are only being told what they want us to know at this moment. Do they care what we think? Nope.

Which one is it...

She's not talking because she's building her defense against the child neglect charges??
or
She's not talking because She fears for her childs life and cannot tell law enforcement??

At the very least we would take turns watching them. :eye:

Yes, I'm sure there are plenty of people in the area who would help watch thsse alleged kidnapers. So why are teh Anthonys keeping these names quiet? My conclusion from what they have said is that tehy DON'T want Caylee back. If they wanted her back, they'd tell the local LE or FBI or soemone who could get her back for them.

Besides, George's facial expressions when he says he KNOWS who has Caylee is sooo wrong. You don't SMILE when you are talking about a cherished missing child.

By some of the statements, I can now understand why Baez and the Anthonys keep on spewing this madness, people actually are buying into it.
Just my opinion.

Just mine too. :blowkiss:

I see BH is on TV again. If he doesn't stop telling people to deposit Caylee at a drug store, I am going to scream. Isn't leaving a child unattended in a store neglect? Are tehy supposed to put her in the night depository or something? How about at a church or a shelter. This guy give idiocy a new name imo

Me too! The whole "drop her off at a drugstore" thing is ridiculous! IF she was kidnapped, the people who had her would know that every store, especially a store where they have huge amounts of narcotics, will be loaded with security cameras ready to catch their image on tape! Give me a break! lol

I realize that... this is just MY perception. I think they're preparing for a lot more than that.

Wouldn't he be crazy not to? Let's say that he prepares a strategy for the current charges that might come back to bite him when other charges come.
He has to take into consideration that other charges might be on the horizon. It was said in the bond hearing that she is a POI in the disappearance of her daughter.

Of course, he has to know that Casey is withholding information or he would be going to find the child himself... just out of decency whether it is his job or not.

Ok - think about this. IF you had a loved one that was "gone". And you knew of sensitive information about that - that shouldn't be desseminated especially to the general public - and you were caught up in this three ring media circus - would you just go out there and "spill the beans"? I think George got himself a real stern "talking to" about his "watching" comments. But, of course they (who has her) know they are being watched - doesn't matter. I have gotten to whre I don't even listen to George or Cindy anymore. They don't have anything to say (to me) that matters anyway.

I think many people would be open to considering this if a singular, solid, verifiable reason was given for WHY it couldn't be disseminated to the public to enable further searching and tips. I believe, lack of this reason - not the alleged info itself - IMHO, I think that is why so many believe the worst in this case.

I have noticed this too! Very telling. (and I realize this doesn't make anyone a murderer-still very odd)

This is just speculation on my part, making assumptions based on what I see and feel, but I will argue that the Anthony's do not share any deep and authentic relations with anyone other than their immediate family and I mean their 5 people family - including Caylee.

Anyone outside their family was just an EXTRA for birthday parties and happy occasions etc. Showing off to outsiders. Never shared reality with outsiders. Neighbors hearing the cursing Casey was doing but Cindy telling to co-workers how devoted Casey was to Caylee. In order to keep a facade like this, you can't have people close to you. You only invited them over to show off, share your good image.

I think most of us have such a family in our circles. And in most occassions we also know ALL about the facade even though the people who are playing it believe they are fooling everyone. People are not coming out to support and speak for Casey:

1) Because some of them will be important witnesses for the prosecution
2) The rest of them know Casey is guilty. They know her history and they consider her capable of doing that.

Just out of curiosity, why then does Baez seem to be preparing his dear client for a murder defense?? Call me crazy!
What indications do you see of a murder defense?

Ummm... are you SERIOUS??? And LE is just letting the rest of the world continue wondering worrying and speculating, not to mention probably putting Casey's life in jeopardy? LE has said "we have no evidence to show Caylee is dead". That is different that "we have evidence that she is ALIVE".

This whole thing about not speaking because everything in jail is monitored is beyond me..so I ask, what does it matter? If finding your child is important, why would she care that its monitored? We know why Biaz cares, because he wants to win the case against her. But why does she care if getting Caylee home is the objective? Unless..she killed her? Nothing else seems reasonable right now..why not say anything for 30 days? Why lie? Why say she is safe then say she fears for her life?
IMO this is not about FINDING this child - its about DEFENDING herself. The child is ok and she knows this and it has pissed her off.

It may not be a murder trial that they are preparing for.

For the legal minds: Do you think that seeing as the 2 charges she is facing are really quite minor that they amount of time they are spending together "working on her defense" is overkill? (No I'm not implying anything romantic.)

Just watching some old clips on Nancy Grace. It is so obvious when Lee was talking to the media a couple of weeks ago and they asked him if he thought Casey was telling the truth and he says "to the best of her ability". That's a cop out and he's basically saying. She doesn't know how to tell the truth, so that is to the best of her ability.

And my husband, a retired police officer and licensed in giving polygraphs/lie detecting/body language pointed out how George, in several interviews with the media, when asked if he really believes Caylee is alive, while adamantly saying yes, he is shaking his head NO.

I agree wholeheaqrtedly.

First off my local Walgreens can't even handle ringing up a purchase or a line of more than 2 folks....but sure 'Kidnappers, just drop Caylee off there, we'll make sure you get your reward'.

let alone, he thinks the kidnappers are idiots...give it 2 days and come claim your reward...oh yea....no questions asked? the le definately wouldnt want to speak to the person responsible for using everyones tax dollars for the search.

I wonder how much 7 hours legal counsel with Jose Baez costs? Is Casey getting an unlimited usage flat rate? I know if I even call my attorney it costs $$$.

I hope she got a flat rate. I also hope her parents let HER spend the rest of her life paying that bill.

Btw, I love your avatar & stole it to use also. If you have any objections, let me know & I'll remove it. :)

ROFLMAO Big bag bounty hunter is scared of threats? He obviously doesn't deal with people like Casey at all.

  • #159
No offense taken. I really shouldn't be surprised. I'm just still pist about what Cindy was bumping her gums about.

EEgads, I took a self- imposed time out over that I come back, see this....

aah, back I go for the paper bag.. Are we sure we didnt miss classification on another species at some point?- Maybe that's it

I really don't mean to be a PITA.

There is no one listed on the birth certificate as a father, therefore, there is no one who has a right to this child other than her mother. A legal right, anyway.

Even if DNA testing is done and a father is proven, he would still have to take Casey to court and have her paternal rights revoked.

ETA: Until those rights are revoked, a Judge would uphold an Ex Parte order of physical custody for the time being.
