Do they Anthony;s have any friends or family besides the individuals living inside the house. It doesnt seem like they have friends or family that they are close too - someone that talk some sense into them. They seem very isolated from reality.

I have noticed this too! Very telling. (and I realize this doesn't make anyone a murderer-still very odd)

I agree.. pending charges or not, attorney who wishes for you not to speak due to a criminal case, who cares? If they slap the cuffs on me fine, just find my child..this is what I know..
I can't wrap my hands around any mother who isn't guilty not speaking..
I can say this, WHERE IT COMES TO MY CHILDREN, THE LAW DOES NOT SCARE ME..!!!
CHARGE ME WITH WHATEVER, I AM GOING TO TELL EVERYTHING I KNOW TO GET MY KID INTO SAFE HANDS!

Biaz, this guy is a character..
okay, so the view of public opinion is bad right? Why would he try to hide the emotional side of Casey going home to her parents? Why not show the public the emotional side of Casey? They continue to say what public opinion is, but in no way is her own lawyer trying to change public opinion..

I would love more than anything to believe that.

I just can't fathom how Casey could sit in jail all this time and not make her very first move be to find her daughter.

Loving mothers don't do that...
She (Casey) has said (according to Cindy - so not really fact) that she knows who has her - just that she (Casey) doesn't know where she (Caylee) is at. So there really isn't a "go find her" mentality.

Just watching some old clips on Nancy Grace. It is so obvious when Lee was talking to the media a couple of weeks ago and they asked him if he thought Casey was telling the truth and he says "to the best of her ability". That's a cop out and he's basically saying. She doesn't know how to tell the truth, so that is to the best of her ability.

And my husband, a retired police officer and licensed in giving polygraphs/lie detecting/body language pointed out how George, in several interviews with the media, when asked if he really believes Caylee is alive, while adamantly saying yes, he is shaking his head NO.

I have heard that observation about George made before. Interesting. And I had not listened to that entire 1st jailhouse phone call where Casey was so nasty to her family until 2 nights ago... it was very interesting to listen to the whole thing. Lee knows exactly what she is made of... and so does Christine.

I agree. I have always thought Lee was the Odd-Man-Out on the Anthony team.

Never noticed George's body language vs. his verbal, and that's a really interesting detail to review and watch for going forward.

Casey has been charged with child neglect (not murder) that I know of. She does have a trial date and he (as her attorney) must prepare for that trial. Baez has never said he is preparing for a murder trial.

He may not have said it but he sure as heck acts like it. He feared talking to his iclient n prison for fear they were being listened in on, no one in her family is allowed to ask his client anything about her missing child... IMO he's preparing for much more than a child neglect case.

I see BH is on TV again. If he doesn't stop telling people to deposit Caylee at a drug store, I am going to scream. Isn't leaving a child unattended in a store neglect? Are tehy supposed to put her in the night depository or something? How about at a church or a shelter. This guy give idiocy a new name imo

I realize that... this is just MY perception. I think they're preparing for a lot more than that.

He got frustrated with her and dropped her on the carpeted floor, picked her up, tried to feed her, and realized she wasnt breathing right and called 911........

What a tragic story. But what flies in my face here is that, even though he killed the baby, he called 911

And people wonder why lawayers are hated....lol

I know lawyers who would remove themselfves from a case if they knew their client was guilty. Even Alan Dershowitz has a quote about that. It's called ethics and most defense lawyers lack them imo

I think the vast majority of defense lawyers are ethical.... we can't blame them for protecting people's constitutional rights.

That's the downside to living in a country with 'civilized' laws..... the times you WISH the police could just beat the truth out of someone so justice can be served. But I'll still stick with the system we have, even though I sometimes want to scream.

As for Dershowitz, I'm sure Sunny Von Bulow's family has a few things to say about HIM. lol

I wonder how much 7 hours legal counsel with Jose Baez costs? Is Casey getting an unlimited usage flat rate? I know if I even call my attorney it costs $$$.

Snipped
Why not show the public the emotional side of Casey? They continue to say what public opinion is, but in no way is her own lawyer trying to change public opinion..

Prolly cuz there isn't one.

They are supposedly watching who has her.

This is where SWAT would come busting the door down.. IF they could beat me to it.

but parents DO have moments of frustration and chit happens - Respectfully snipped.....

But....chit happens??? He got "frustrated with his 9 week old and dropped her.....sorry but I have a newborn not much older than that --- and that kinda chit does not and will not happen to my child....nor did it happen to her brother......

You get frustrated - put the baby down and walk away for Cripes Sake!

Reading this back, I guess I kinda made it like "oops, I lost my shoe, oh well, chit happens" but thats not what I meant.....Sorry if it came out wrong, I guess I just meant "sometimes" people DO lose their cool and bad (ok, VERY bad) things happen. ahhh, hopefully you get it, sorry for the way its coming across.

But there are other facts that we are not privy to involving a kidnapping or someone has her story that could be verified in minutes, all casey has to do is start telling the truth. There is a 31 day timeline to build with facts. Casey can provide information that CAN be verifed by other people, CC records and phone records. She apparently can not do that.

He acts like an attorney working with his client. If Casey has very sensitive information concerning Caylee and the "situation" any attorney worht his salt is going to do everything he can to keep that information confidential. Especially if LE is involved in that sensitive information.
