I wonder if Tony L let her borrow his car while he was out of town in NY.

Ok, I missed the Tony going to NY. We are takling the boyfriend Tony correct. When did he go to NY? How long for. Another question. Is he not somehow moneywise connected to the lounge Fusion or am I mixing something up with another case?

those motor homes are so darned neat thesedays.....the only way to camp now for me. I wish I had one to park outside my house,,,,to hide away in from my kids.

I do too! We used to do a lot of traveling with a travel trailer. My good friends own an RV lot and are going out of business due to the economy. Right now several neighbors have leftover inventory of RVs parked in their driveways, while the couple finds someplace to store them.

If someone sees the name of the motorhome, I can get the exact floorplan.

I read something about the Bond hearing, that the Detective testified that she spoke to him obscenely, too, I guess the very first day he was there to investigate.
Why do you suppose she was so flipped out yesterday morning? She got her wish- Casey was on her way home. Maybe she heard that LP was giving them a few days to get Caylee back and then he was going to start knocking down doors?

I just re-watched that bond hearing tonite (so I could download it in case it disappeared) and he said she gave him crap because he wanted to go interview her father at the nursing home to verify Caylee had been there, and she flipped out and said she wouldn't cooperate anymore if he did.

it was REALLY funny watching Baez cross-examine the detective - he asked a bunch of stupid questions and came off looking like an a$$. If he would have been representing me, I would have fired him on the spot - honestly, it really showed how unprofessional he is.

That is a question we don't have an answer to yet. The only one of Casey's friends that's talked to the media is Clint the DJ/roommate of Tony. He was living with Tony when Tony met Casey on May 24th. Clint says he remembers Casey driving the Pontiac Sunbird until the time he moved out on July 1st, although he was vague on the last few days of June as he was busy packing.

LE doesn't need Cindy's approval to speak to her parents. Sound more like she dosen't want LE to known all of the dirty laundry if gram and gramps are the talking types. Does anyone know if Cindy was activily seeking custody of Caylee or was that another dyfuntinal family bluff.

If he's in the bag to keep Casey quite he would have done everything he could to to look stupid, but not enough to have anyone question him on ability. If you make the right kind of mistakes your client ends up going to jail.

IIRC The story was that he was giving whoever had Caylee a chance,1 week, to drop her off somewhere anonymously and then collect the reward.
However, JMO, he's been on this like white on rice from the day he stepped off the plane.

He also said that he won't search because he doesn't want to interfere with LE. What he'll probably do, as far as searching goes, is nothing at all. There's really nothing for him to do anyway. Isn't it absurd to buy into this story that Caylee is with kidnappers and that only Padilla can rescue Caylee from the bad guys? That LE, with all of their resources and manpower and surveillance aren't supposed to be competent enough to find Caylee? According to Casey.

There are no kidnappers.

IIRC, The beginning of July, because there was a myspace or facebook posting to his sis about looking forward to him coming back. Also there was some debate about whether he was at home for the 4th of July when she allegedly cooked out for him and his friend(s). I don't think he was involved in anything other than contracted entertainment at FusiAn.

I'm somewhat familiar with the layout of a motorhome. When you walk in, there's a sofa, chair, kitchen, and dinette behind the drivers and passenger seats. Beyond the kitchen is the bathroom and bedroom. What was seen on Greta's program with her producer, Justin, was just the front area. LP was seated on the sofa, a chair and the dinette were in that area, along with the kitchen.

that is not what I was alluding too - I wanna see the tech stuff that HAS to be back there.

I agree. It was said at the end of Nancy Grace that they're just keeping Casey safe so that she can tell what happened. I'm afraid that these people are going to give Casey more ideas to come up with since they deal with lowlifes and are probably yacking and telling their adventures putting ideas into her head. Padilla is already making insinuations about TonE. This could ruin people's lives who may have not had a thing to do with what happened to Caylee. People who have families, kids, and jobs. LE needs to wait a few days then haul the whole lot of them in to tell what Casey has said. If they lie, throw them in jail next.

Did Casey want to go with Tony to NY and 'lose' Caylee so she would be child free. So Casey could have had Tony's care for a while if she did not go with him. It must have been a quick trip if he was back on the 4th.

that is not what I was alluding too - I wanna see the tech stuff that HAS to be back there.

I'm just showing the general layout of most motorhomes. If you look at the floorplan, the whole bedroom area, which is fairly spacious, could be loaded with tech stuff. Note that there's a pocket door that slides out to segregate the bathroom and bedroom from the rest of the motorhome. Also, the sofa makes into a queen-size bed.

So..........the bedroom area could be where tech stuff is and it still leaves the rest of the motorhome intact. They've got a frig for food, microwave, a place to sleep, a bathroom, and everything they need. If two members of the team are working round the clock.........one sleeping on the sofa made into a bed, and one in the tech area. They take shifts.

What could Casey and Baez possibly have to say to each other from 10am to 5pm? I'm not familiar with the legal stuff -seems really surprising to me they needed a whole day.
I'm also so amazed she's still stringing her family lawyer along and has the bounty hunters believing too -my parents would have seen through me in seconds, is she extremely talented and manipulative or do I start believing in miracles and Caylee really is alive and kidnapped. This is all just continuously so bizarre
