Maybe she ended up having to speak to the pastor or priest before of after the service due to what is happening right now. Or maybe a well wishing priest who thought he could get the truth out of Casey.

No worries, Gigi. :) I just didn't want Red to be confused.

It takes longer to get there because it's a special church. It's the one Zanny, the invis-nanny goes to, so it takes longer to find it.

LOLOL

And when they finally got there... nobody wanted them parking their car near their cars.... the PIZZA SMELL was overwhelming. lol

I think they probably verify the who, but they don't necessarily confirm what they are saying.
For example, if we had to confirm what John Mark Karr was saying, no one would have been able to report on him.

So, I think there is a difference between confirming an identity and confirming the information or what they are saying.

ETA: that is why they say "sources say" or "JMK said" or it is "reported that"
they are just reporting what others are saying whether it is fact or not.

You're right in regards to what a person would say. I would look for back up information.

In this case, after verifying that Rick is Cindy's brother, the OTR team could have asked to speak with other people. They might have spoken to others who attended the wedding and noted Casey's pregnancy. Or, the OTR team may have asked the Orlando LE if there was any truth to the report that Casey stole checks from her grandmother.

It is a Baptist church.
Actually, that isn't their home church as I understand it. It was just the church that showed up at their house one Sunday night to engage them in a prayer vigil.

"Eyewitness News learned that Casey has asked the jail for permission to leave her home for three hours on Sunday to attend church at the East Baptist Church in the Conway area. On Monday she'll report to the jail to meet with her case manager for her weekly visit."

Pray for a miracle!
I was thinking the same thing too. Maybe a miracle will happen, she'll feel remorse and confess where Caylee is. :praying:

If she "does" go to church tomorrow, she will either be going with George or by herself, as Cindy and Lee are in West Palm Beach today and tomorrow:

Look under "Special Benefits"

=^..^=
"Cindy, Lee and I will be in attendance at these events to help bring awareness to missing children. ( WE are also going to be bringing the large mobile billboard to these two events, that has been supplied by Kid Finders Network. )"

Does anyone know who the I is? I thought Lee was doing this website.

I believe the church is 2 miles away or so.

I think the "I" might be George's sister, as she's been shown on the local news quite a few times, standing with Cindy and George. Just a guess though.

If she were a person who regularly attended a church that had services lasting over an hour I'd be ok with it, but it seems this is just an excuse to leave the house and make herself look good, in my opinion.

It is the Conway Church that has been coming to the house for the prayer vigils. I am sure the entire Anthony family has been invited to attend that church. That is what churches do. Churches are not ONLY for the perfect never do wrong crowd.

I have a question...it is an honest question, not a slam.
Aren't most traditional Baptist the real tough fire and brimstone types? Doesn't really seem like a denomination that would readily accept Casey.
I don't know much about Baptists, I am Nazarene, so I really am curious.

So who gets to stay home & babysit Casey? Do they leave strangers in the house or do they all have to take shifts to be stuck at home watching Casey?

Here's the info on the actual event... I don't see ANY mention of Caylee....
