well then, that confirms that a police report was filed, which we assumed, but there are 2 reasons charges have not been filed against Casey.
1. Amy withdrew the charges and was remibursed the money elsewhere for some reason.
2. That testimony and issue are being reviewed by the GJ or already have been in conjunction with the upgrading of charges,, there ya have it.

Yes, the reason I say "State's witness". Altho...the report she alluded to could be the report taken by Yuri and the OCSD about Caylee missing...couldn't it?

Actually, the two she named were Jeff Hopkins and Juliet Lewis, who she claimed had introduced her to Zeniada Fernandez-Gonzalez (the babysitter who now doesn't exist) when Casey worked at Universal.

After reading the article, I assume it means that Casey is saying her friends are part of a cover up, meaning Casey wanted Caylee away from her overbearing parents, so her firends somehow know more than they are saying and she doesn't want to get them into trouble now, because they have lied to authorities in previous statements.....Sounds like more excuses in the end!

Thank-you. I can stretch my imagination that a friend hid Caylee to help Casey, but when the story hit, I can't imagine the friend continuing to do so, that defies logic.

IIRC, Jeff was fired from Universal two years before Casey even started working there, and Juliet is a name unfamiliar to Universal or LE (well, except for being the name of a D-list actress). Juliet never worked at Universal and Casey told her brother that Juliet moved in May or June and that Casey doesn't know where she moved to. How very convenient! Grrrr.

I saw it mentioned, but why would they? They don't have to release such this early so I am confused as to why they would. Any ideas?

I dunno SS, but last night TP led me to think something big was going down today. He eluded to it. But I am not as good at some at reading thru the mess. But he gave heads up about things coming out today about this case.

No it was when she was asked about the money being stolen, first she said she was cant talk to you guys about it and then said yes, she did steal money that was in the police report and was reported on before..
