I cannot imagine the pain of losing a Child. I found my Husband deceased in our garage...THAT was bad enough!

I am so sorry for your loss.

I've experienced grief also...and calm is certainly nowhere near what I felt at any time in the grieving process.

I saw it mentioned, but why would they? They don't have to release such this early so I am confused as to why they would. Any ideas?

I would think it's close enough to when LE has to turn over discovery related to the current charges. The trial's about four months away -- at the latest, pending adjournments. The defense team needs the discovery with enough lead time to actually process the information. This of course, wouldn't include forensic evidence as there are no homicide charges pending. Yet.

When do you think it would be appropriate for LE to exchange this information?

Thank-you. I can stretch my imagination that a friend hid Caylee to help Casey, but when the story hit, I can't imagine the friend continuing to do so, that defies logic.

It sure does! With all the attention on this case, I can't imagine anyone being stupid enough to cover for Casey especially considering it's all because her parents are overbearing! Just doesn't make any sense! Plus, all the so called friends are aquaintances that Casey knew for about 5 weeks. What normal person would go to those lengths for her.

WESH news said OCSO is realising 431 pages of info for discovery today, including photos of a dumpster and trash?

What does this mean? I don't know anything about "discovery." Will the info be available to the public? Thanks!

I dunno SS, but last night TP led me to think something big was going down today. He eluded to it. But I am not as good at some at reading thru the mess. But he gave heads up about things coming out today about this case.

I love Juliette Lewis. She was teh coolio bomb in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape," one of my favorite movies ever. Loved her in "Natural Born Killers," too.

Since she was touring Australia (IIRC) with her rock band when all this went down, I think we can x her off as a potential suspect. She's probably laughing her off that she got mentioned in this case.

She's a cool gal.

I'm not sure what the discovery process is during a grand jury phase. But this could be the reason. It's the only reason I can think of actually. It is puzzling.

Casey is an animal lover. She loves all animals. Heart of gold where animals are concerned. Everyone knows that Casey is a compassionate, caring person.

Unfortunately, a squirrel committed suicide by running in front of Caseys car as she was on her way to church one morning. Casey stopped and lovingly placed the suicidal squirrel in her trunk. She, of course wanted to give the sad rodent a proper burial. It took a few days to get around to the squirrel funeral. Work and lovingly caring for her daughter takes up a lot of her time She had some free time around the 17th or 18th. (that's why she borrowed the neighbors shovel)

She has a private little graveyard where she buries roadkill. She ALWAYS stops and gathers these innocent animals from the road. And puts them in her trunk....


Amster that is hilarious, and would explain so much....she could have even ordered pizza for the little squirrel to try and nurse it back to health, then forgot the pizza in the trunk in the midst of her grief.

Actually, the pizza was used to feed homeless people. She was on her way to deliver it to a shelter when her car broke down.
