casey : Near the end of the interview, Anthony admitted she should have notified authorities sooner.

Yeah that was talked about last night, they were saying it was the reason why the files were later taken off or something

On July 17th, the day the sheriff's office arrested Casey Anthony, a man named Mark Hopkins, who said he was a marine in California, called investigators.

He said he and Casey had been talking daily by phone and on the Internet and Casey had told him she was planning a trip to California to tell him something. She said she told her mom and brother, but she didn't know how he'd react. He told investigators he still didn’t know what she wanted to tell him.

Mark Hopkins = the real father?? or just another lie she was going to float?

Still think the family knows a lot more about a lot of things than they let on.

Since it seems obvious that is was NOT kidnapping all along, it would seem more intense searches for a body would have been in order early on. Letting that time slip away means it's less likely that it will be found now.

could be, there are comparative pics up on the previous thread and links to his myspace with casey's comments on it and a condolence message from friend. She was supposed to go see him in california or something is that right? I didn't read that part

Yeah I know it can't really be the case but if they knew where her body was or that she was disposed of in a way that searching was fruitless
Sounds awful talking so morbidly but these documents don't make it look good

Do wonder why there haven't been massive searches though?

hmm, that's weird why would she mention it then -you don't confuse two people even with the same name -she sounds a bit dotty

Or as I lovingly call my best friend....a scatterbrain. She is a wonderful person and you could not ask for a better friend, but she is a scatterbrain.

Last summer she was devastated to read a childhood friend had passed. The services were a good hours drive. She was having a real hard time, so I volunteered to drive her up there and back. We attended the service. On the way home, she was very quiet. I thought it was because she was upset over her friend's death. No! It was because 1/2 through the service she realized she did not know this person.
