Going through the documents I noticed that Casey said that Zenaida went to the University of Florida. I work at UF and there isn't anyone by that name in our directory!

Chalk that up to another lie.

Not to mention the fact that if Zenaida has a college degree why is she doing daycare?
That whole lie was not thought out well by Casey. IMHO

The manager Mr. Birch at the impound facility threw the white bag over the fence according to part 2, page marked 316 of the documents released yesterday.

Yes He did....but the police recovered it the next day. Its in documents.

It has always been strange to me that Casey hung out with Amy and Ricardo when they were dating,such a short time after she herself and Ricardo had been dating...wasnt that awkward for them all to say the least?Maybe Ricardo isnt revealing everything..perhaps he and Casey were still sleeping together longer than Amy (and Tony) knew.I just dont know..but I feel there's something more to this...

Maybe I read it wrong but I thought that Amy and Ricardo were only roommates? Casey and Ricardo dated until April or early May. And Amy moved in with Ricardo because she had no where to go and that her and Ricardo were good friends. I know BEFORE I read these documents I was under the impression that Amy and Ricardo were dating. I am sorry,.. I am so tired and I could have read them wrong.

What did you make of the Marine thing out in CA? I wonder if they've contacted him & compared his DNA to Caylee's. She said she was going out there to tell him something. ALso in there from some witnesses that it was a one night stand. Supposedly the Marine was a ONS. Am I reading that correctly?

Sorry if this has been said, not finished reading all the morning threads. But, if she had a passport, and if she wanted to visit him in California. The Camp there is in San Diego which is very close to Mexico. Just a thought!

I doubt it. I really am surprised that she is calling them at all.

I would think..."in her mind", that calling TES (at this point so many weeks later) is admitting that Caylee is dead. She refuses to believe this and chooses to believe her "sociopath"* of a daughter. (at least in the public's eyes)

The funny thing, for me at least, is that I also went through all the documents. I was titillated as much as anyone here, and acquired even more insights into Casey. But on the other hand, I'm not so convinced that this new information makes the potential murder case any stronger than it was two days ago. The murder case is still circumstantial. I'm not so sure that much has changed.

A local talking head was saying that the info released will probably not include any info that will be used for possible homicide charges. The docs released were related stricty to the child abuse charges. He said LE will be careful to not show their hand.

Sadly, I would begin the search in the ponds, swamps and landfills.

I would be in there searching if I was local, I feel helpless being behind a computer thousands of miles away.

I did just visit the TES site though and sent in a donation. It's the least I can do to help find this little girl and bring her home.

HE needs to start by talking to the Anthony clan. Tim Miller is the type of guy that people will tell anything to. Wonder if Jose will grant access to Casey?

It makes the case much easier to prove to a jury.
Casey's credibility is ZERO.
How can Baez "sell" the jury on ANY theory, when everything out of Casey's mouth is a lie?

circumstantial evidence is extremely powerful

its as good as anything else

sometimes and in this case. it is overwhelming

I was in Mexico on Sunday. Don't even need a passport. Two forms of I.D. at the San Diego border which is about 50 miles from Camp Pendleton.

You are correct. We always assumed somehow that Amy was dating him. They were just friends; actually that is how Casey met Ricardo at a party that she went to with Amy. They ended up dating in 08, they met in 07. Casey dumped him for Tony in LATE MAY.

Ricardo seemed to downplay the breakup as his idea and was flippant when questioned about meeting Tony; as if he didn't care.

Amy says that Ricardo and Casey had a volitile relationship and that is was sort of a "messy break up" because Casey was still sleeping with Ricardo early on in her dating with Tony.

I think she was capable of seeinglong term as well, hence the passport conversation. Howvever, once Cindy located Casey at Tony's, things started unravelling quickly and I don't believe she had her ducks in a row. This is when everything started falling apart. Prior to that point her plans were in motion and nobody seemed to suspect her for anything, except her parents.

Lucky for Tony that Casey never went into hiding. He might've been one unlucky murder suspect!

Not only did this girl allegedly mistake the two caseys, she also was unable to produce the cell phone record after she said she could, and also gave a disconnected phone number for the alleged second Casey..it seems very suspicious in my opinion.

this statement stands out for me.
add to it that 'casey' was asking for money.

and i thought kia?sp reported that her man wouldn't allow his phone records to be turned over to police.
