Just another thought... We do not even know for sure if Cindy is a racist or hates hispanics or martians. We just know that Casey told that girl that Cindy hates hispanics. Merely the fact that she said that makes me think Cindy plays bridge with Mrs. Gonzalez from the block.

That rule is supposed to change in Jan. 2009. If you travel from the US to Canada or Mexico, you have until Jan. 09 to get a passport. If you travel to any of the Caribbean Islands (except Puerto Rico), you have to have a passport now. Puerto Rico if flying there directly from the US, just 2 forms of ID. Anywhere else in the world, a passport is required. Husband travels frequently with the Govt., and I always book his travel, so I had to check all this stuff out not too long ago..
Thanks for the information. But then maybe Casey thought if she could get him to buy her a ticket to California, then she could start a new life and would be close enough to run to Mexico if things got hot. Can also see her telling her parents that "Caylee loves California". I think they got really upset because they could not talk to Caylee.

A couple of things that were telling to me is: ...

* Cindy telling Ryan that she lies and he didn't want him to get hurt and that she was a sociopath.

I thought that this was the most fascinating and powerful item to emerge from yesterday's documents. If Cindy said this, and really meant what she said (as opposed to simply saying something in a temporary fit of anger) the statement demonstrates that Casey's disturbing behavior is all too familiar to the family and deep-rooted - probably encompassing far too many incidents for even her parents to remember.

It also severely undermines the grandparents public posturing that their daughter is a model citizen.

you KNOW the family is pissed after reading all of these documents, and reading this board!

I thought she was allowed 150 feet????

IIRC, one of the news reports yesterday said she was not allowed to attend because she is under house arrest. Some were reporting the family said she did not attend because of threats.

O.K. don't anyone jump all over me or anything but I have a question /thought.
I read some of the doc's yesterday even though I had sort of backed away from this case so I think I am a little caught up, but I thought I saw a statement from a guy in the Marines (or did someone else say she called this guy) anyway...does anyone think that this "important" thing she was going to tell him was that he was the father of Caylee and then ask him to take Caylee to raise her himself?

snipped.

A bit off topic ..but even had Casey wanted to do that, if this marine is single/married his spouse or someone else would have to be named guardian of the child. Active duty/guard/reserve personnal must make these provisions when they have dependent children living with them.

I am not sure if this has been mentioned.
Was Kiomarie the one who stated that when Casey was pregnant she was going to have her adopt the baby, because she couldn't have any?
I wonder if she was only trying to get in touch with the police to kinda get it out there that possibly at one point, Casey was going to sell the baby to her? That she was capable of that. I know she said adopt, but if she was hiding the pregnancy from others and telling someone she could adopt, I wonder if she was planning on selling her?

I thought the same thing because she said ( loosley transcribed) "I had the money at the time"
If one is seeking a private adoption and they know the mother, there really isn't a need for an attorney unless they want one or feel the need for one- It can be done through the courts with very little money. I guess she could also be saying that she had the money at the time to raise the baby?

I think it's interesting in the Universal interview transcript with CA that the LE seems to almost be asking her questions to establish her "mental" state. Specifically after they establish that her office doesn't exist, she mentions the obit for Caylee's father. The LE ask her, "Is this...in your office?" She replies something along the lines of, "We've already established that doesn't exist.." Heh. IMO it seems they were sort of in a round about way asking, "Ok lady, is this all in your head? Do you have some...mental issues?" Did anyone else get that impression?

I was going to go out and buy a blank calendar- and do what the detective was doing each time he spoke with one of caseys friends and work on it this weekend, and then I realized that there are so great people here with graphic knowledge who could do this and fill in all the info and post it here.

Anyone willing to do that???

If someone would start a thread and write down key dates/events, I would gladly create the calendar, fill it in and host it on my domain.

There is no evidence that George had an affair. For whatever it's worth, Cindy told Amy he did not. It seems to be manufactured to cover the lie of moving in to her parents home with Amy. It is odd that all her friction seemed to be with Cindy but her friends said she absolutely hated George.

but oddly it was when GEORGE got on the stand to testify at her bond hearing that Casey began to cry.

My questionable possibilities...all JMO tho!.....

1. Did she cry because she really LOVES her father and felt some sort of guilt.
2. Did she cry because she knew George was covering for her?
3. Did she cry because she knew George had something to do with Caylee disappearing?
4. Did she cry because she hates George so much because he did something so terrible to her when she was young that she can't even face him?

When I saw the hearing, I honestly thought she was crying because she either loved her dad and was embarrased that he was seeing all this or that somehow she knew George was covering her a$$.

anyone have any thoughts on this in regard to the "hating George" comment?

I see this all the time, it's not so much a relationship, it's a place to stay! Honest, young girls get in a bind for whatever reason and if they have issues like Casey does, they convince themselves they are in love and will do what they have to , and trust me, they always have someone else lined up before they leave the current guy.

I don't think its all that common. It takes a certain personality to be that needy. She did jump from boyfriend to boyfriend like a flea. Even when Tony went away she attached herself to the hip to Amy. She cannot be alone to the EXTREME.

She and Ricardo broke up in LATE may and she was shacking up with tony within a couple of weeks. Also according to Amy Casey was STILL sleeping with Ricardo early in her relationship with Tony.

I also think that maybe Ricardo's reaction to dating someone with a kid. (He didn't seem that enthused maybe a bit uncomfortable according to his interview) hit home with Casey somehow and she wasn't going to let that cramp her new relationship with Tony. I mean having Caylee sleep in the same bed as her and Ricardo is just not okay in my book. Also taking her to latenight parties while people are drinking; again just wrong. A two year old doesn't belong in that environment.

Through all of those interviews I can see that Casey's priority was partying and hanging out with her friends and boyfriends. Period. Caylee just got dragged along through it all.

She was in Casey's way.

Document 1
Cindy's Statement Pgs. 37 - 38
On page 33

Last "phone call" from Zenaida on June 12th per Casey: "Zenaida never made an attempt to explain why Caylee is no longer in Orlando or if she is ever going to bring her home."

We know June 12th is false as well as Zenaida but I am wondering if "no longer in Orlando" is a true statement.

Regarding this same conversation, did I misunderstand or didn't Casey continue to say something about having left her other phone on her desk in her office etc. long AFTER it was discovered she didn't HAVE an office?? I was like.. WHAT??!!

And who was it Cindy interviewed with where she said there was no history of mental problems?

Cindy claimed she was a path. liar and sociopath. Now Cindy knows that she hates her and George as well.I wonder about the posturing from here on out?

I bet they realize now that McCain is not choosing Casey as running mate.

This is caseys way of trying to confuse an already confusing situation. Thats why it's so hard to figure out what is going on. I promise you, when this goes to court- she will not get away with this and you will see a very, very angry young lady, because she will be exposed to all that her game is not working

I could, but I'm not quite grasping what you mean. Sorry, my brain isn't working quite right today from lack of sleep last night. If you wouldn't mind explaining further?
