The page also states Beth Holloway is going there with them to help.

TES is going to FL this weekend. This weekend is Labor Day. They should be able to get a lot of volunteers because of the 3 day weekend.

Good Luck TES! Sending special prayers to assist you in your search. It is time for this little one to come home.

As an aside, I saw the timeline on the car. If George picked up the car before Cindy went to Amy, IMO Cindy already KNEW what the car smelled like. Don't you think that would be the real reason she drove "all the way" to the mall to pick up Amy to take her to Casey? I would have expected that to be the first thing she said to her: "Why was your car impounded smelling like death??" That strikes me as the point she knew something was bad wrong.
Then why not say it smells like dead body has been in the damn car in 911 cal one or 911 call two? Certainly would've gotten the police there quicker for one thing.

Yes I did. And while Casey had exhibited certain behaviors for quite a while - it seems she had not crossed the line of "violent" "psychopathic" physical incidents. No signs of "cutting", the onyl agressive outbursts were between her and the GP's - and so far as we know - they never really escalated into physical violence. She was able to "function" and even tho people thought she was strange or a little weird - she got by. But from THE DOCUMENTS - witnesses that go WAY BACK - her "disconnect" had really just started kicking into high gear in the last 4 - 5 months. She had a seizure in Feb. It could have been the "beginning of the end" if you will. Her behavior became problematic FOR HER - she couldn't keep it together. She wasn't as smooth, or as sly as she was used to being and getting away with her little schemes.

Interesting. I would really like to think that there is something going on that was out of her control and she isn't a total monster. I'm glad that I can't understand how a person could hurt a child. I may a little off my nut but not that far.

Beth Holloway is going to assist TES in the search for Caylee this weekend.

God bless that woman. How she'll be able to look into Casey's or Cindy's face, I have no idea.
I agree, God bless her, after all she's gone through to be reaching out to help find little Caylee.

Again, I disagree.. but I respect your opinion. and just as an FYI, "cutting" is not a sign of agressive, violent or psychopathic behavior. Also, as far as I'm concerned we still do not know if Casey has ever been violent.

once TES gets there and they ask for volunteers i bet you will see people that are actually willing to search and poor joseph and his friends won't be alone with their little group any more.

My only thought was that maybe she couldn't bring herself to say those words (or admit the truth?) until Casey confirmed it. Really, I have no idea. It's all just the stuff rolling in my brain and pure speculation. Simply put, I think the smell in the car more than just an impounded car drove the frantic search for Casey and Caylee.

I think it all fits. They weren't sure what happened, but since the GPs noticed the smell, and then given what Cindy said to Amy, it just hit me that they may have had an inkling that something bad had happened between the car and getting Casey (thus the paniced 911 calls later).
This is good stuff and although it's not what I've been thinking -- you may be on to something. They were thinking dead body in the car all along -- but it wasn't until just before 911 call #3 after Casey spilled to Lee about the nanny has the baby, that it home as for real. Hmmmm

I don't believe much of what Cindy has said through the past five weeks, but I do believe Cindy was speaking with knowledge and honesty when she told Ryan that her daughter is a sociopath.

That's not a word that just rolls out of the mouth. Maybe psychopath. Maybe "crazy," but for her to specifically say that Casey is a SOCIOPATH...well, I'll trust her on that one.

I do think that Cindy 1) either researched Casey's behavior and ultimately came to that conclusion, or 2) that diagnosis was provided by a mental health professional.

Right! Remember Cindy was seeing a counselor who told her to kick Casey out?

hmmm...Caylee might be in New York, or N.C. or Miami?? Then why go to Orlando??

I'm confused...:confused::confused:
LOL...

what is good tho...is that by TES being invited by the family......the family has agreed that anything that they (TES) find will be shared with LE no matter which way it would go...and if they find things that deem they are searching for a dead body instead of a living child the family must abide by that as well. It seems the family is acknowledging something here...in inviting TES into the case. I am sure LE are THRILLED in light of all the cell ping data, etc....that they have to really start to look in certain areas.

As I replied to Green....you guys may very well be on to something.

I think up until that point Cindy didn't realize that Caylee really was missing. She thought that she would put some presure on Casey and she would tell where Caylee was and she wouldn't have to worry about the car smell. I really don't think they thought that anything had happened to Caylee at that point, just that Casey was keeping her from them and then when Casey admitted that she was missing the light bulb went off in her head.

hey all. haven't been able to keep up as of late on anything. Was wondering if anyone could give me a short update on things? Last i knew, Casey was out of jail.. Since then i've not been able to get on here, or watch tv. TIA to anyone who takes the time out to do this for me.. otherwise, TGC!

I wonder if the release of the Discovery documents had anything to do with Cindy finally calling TES?

  • #338
I would think the first call was a bluff to get Casey to spill the beans. Cindy hoping agaisnt hope that there was another reason for the smell. Maybe it was not untill George also stated his feeling about the smell when George spoke to her that Cindy went into panic mode and made the third 911 call. He stated something about when he got home Cindy was in the garage crying and he would have done the 911 calls differently. My guess is he would not have made the first one as a bluff to get Casey to talk.

Cutting can be a sign of depression. From what I know of cutters, they tend to hold in their pain and anger, and the only way they can demonstrate to themselves that they still feel is to cut.

This is what a student once told me...he could only feel when he cuts. He had problems with long-term, clinical depression. Good kid...I hope his life worked out for him. :(

Hello all, couple of big days, huh?
BTW, Was I the idiot that said I wanted info and facts? I TAKE IT BACK.
Don't get me wrong, the info is good and cleared up a lot of questions, but is anybody else kind of on sensory overload?
