Thank you for the info. Forgive my ignorance but being European I wouldn't know. Where I live you can buy pre-paid sim cards without any identification. In the case she used a fake identification to buy a second sim card it will be very difficult to find WHAT NUMBER THAT WAS because Casey only would know the number. Unless she used it to contact her friends. I am sure right now police are looking into that as well. Asking all friends and acquaintances in what numbers they were contacting Casey.

Actually sim cards can be purchased in many locations without any ID. Find one to fit your phone. We shop by the best deal and memory load, its over the counter. While she may have had numbers saved to her card and provided she did not have a throw way phone, surely she made and received calls both in and out. If she or her atty. know of a phone LE does not know about. You would think it should come out in the atty discovery process..Not to provide info to LE under this possible scenerio seems like it would not be advantegous to Casey nor to the well being of Caylee, being she is a missing.

I have a no contract cell phone, fill it up with minutes.

If it is net10 or some of the others they don't even need your name or address or anything.

If Tuesday July 15th was like any other day why were her and George even home around 3ish?

Cindy might work the morning shift perhaps 7 to 3, George appears to possibly work 3 to 11.

Hey, I think that you could be on to something. Also, there were a flurry of calls on 6/18 which could have been again her anger for being locked out. They would explain why he calls were not answered.

I posted right away that I did think she was locked out, but the "how" she called is new.. I mostly do not believe that Caylee died at the parents home. If it was that "simple" this would be solved by now, imo.
LE has had those cell phone records since day 2, they knew this already, if they had been zeroing in on those days, that info would not have been "leaked". As a matter of fact I think they leaked it to have folks discount it. They are focused on the 24th, started with Jesse's "recant" of sorts, which came following his 2nd interview with LE- they discounted his statement based on something they have.. George coughing up the gas cans following being witheld, the police report, him saying Casey was there, and Casey's myspace postings that day, to Amy and Jesse.. ALL center around 6/24 . Im hanging my hat that the "pings" from 6/24 thru 6/27 tell the real story, they just need the physical evidence to progress.
I may be wrong, but I think the real timeline here is 6/23-6/27

Baez also said that the only DNA evidence that investigators have recovered was taken from the car that Casey Anthony was driving.

What does THAT mean..who is "anyone"... besides Casey? Perhaps I'm reading too much into that statement but since clearly it becomes more apparent every day that no one SEEMS to be involved but Casey..then why say that? Why not simply say that they are not offering Casey immunity since it was in answer to whether or not "prosecutors had offered Casey Anthony immunity, in exchange for information about her daughter."

SOMETHING ABOUT THE GAZ CANS:
When George found them in Casey's car, where they empty or full? Do we know this info? I think that was never discussed but I might be wrong.

If they were full (perhaps she used the gaz, replaced it with new, and wanted to put them back before her parents noticed they were missing), and the police took those cans with some luck it won't be difficult for police to find out if Casey used that gaz in the cans. A chemical comparison for example of what type of gaz is in the cans with the kind that George says he bought and had in the cans originally could be done....Just a thought

I think it was bad luck for Casey that her parents noticed the cans missing before she was planning to put them back. Otherwise why drive around and go to her parents with them in the back of her car? It is obvious she wasn't going to tell them she was the one who took them since she tried to keep her dad away from the trunk of her car. But also why keep them in the trunk? Why not throw them away? Who will find out or care about two cans if she threw them anywhere? So I think it is interesting to see if she had the gaz replaced in those cans or they were actually empty sitting in her car.

at least in NYC, even a disposable or "no contract phone" (i had one before) I still had to fill out my information, give an ID and a soc # at the cell phone store. They do not just hand you a simm card, it has to be registered to someone.

Then you buy the minutes on a phone card but that phone # is still registered and traceable.

This is why criminals and drug dealers only keep their disposable contract phones for a certain period of time and then move on to another.

Ill try to look up info for everyone....

might not add up for you but I think if LE didn't think Cindy was being honest with them this case would be handled differently LE seems to trust the Anthonys IMO

Yes, and I thought of another reason not to be releasing the results of the dna tests and holding out on even arrest. I am going against my own post! lol But anyway, a good reason not to release the results is that the defense attorney would then know the results ahead of time and rig up some defense. If LE keeps the results hidden for a while they have a longer time to investigate and get their case together and hopefully know what happened in this case.

GAME: i don't think that it would be that difficult. If there is a second simm and thats a big IF, then that simm has GOT to belong to someone and they will be able to investigate that and tie it back to her somehow in some way. In the US you cannot buy a simm without proper indentification......stolen id or not. the phone number will be in SOMEONES name.

Yes, but to activate them you have to go online and enter a name and address, along with the serial number of the phone...

I have gotten back and am responding to some comments that I made in reference to the 16th and the 24th. I did not mean to imply that George did not say that he was watching TV on the 16th before he went to work I'm sure he was,habit probably. What I was trying to say was that when Casey showed up on the 24th (with the gas can conversation) that he was probably watching tv,and I don't think that casey knew that he was home. She got caught,she probably thought that he had went to work. And I also wonder if the gas cans were in the trunk,or did he buy news.

Elly, George has said he heard the garage doors go up and went out to see her and they met in the garage, IIRC

I'm just on page one of this thread trying to catch up, but wanted to mention that THIS conversation took place on July 16th, later that evening after Casey had been arrested. It was her first call home.

She spoke first with Cindy, then with Lee and then Christina, her best friend. In this call Casey was cold, arrogant, defensive, belligerent, to all she spoke with.
