i wonder if the way that the mother got the phantom sitter's name was simply from a news paper clipping or something online

perhaps she was in the news for something in the last couple months

perhaps she had a yard sale in the past couple months

something hinky about it

Sorry if this has aleady been asked, but on the third 911 call, Cindy is talking to the 911 operator and then she says to someone else in the background, "Caylee is missing, Zanny took her." Since Lee and Casey were talking, Lee would have known that and obvously Cindy knew that. So that was George that she was talking to, right? So we can assume that up until that point, George didn't even know about the car being found, or Casey being home. That's one of the things I am unclear about.

I think she is saying "Casey is missing, The nanny took her"

No she really does say "Zanny". George, "Zanny" took her.

I always maintained that Casey used the word "Zanny" until June 17th....thereafter she became "Zenaida".

ok if cindy found maggots in the trunk on 7/15, did the detectives get to see these? the size of the maggots could tell them something right. what i'm finding is 4-7 days of decomposition before maggots appear. they go from size of uncooked rice to cooked rice then...?

how long after a body has been removed before the maggots go away?

Maybe a victim of identity theft? Maybe she left an ID somewhere that Casey found it? Maybe unwanted mail with her name & address on it?

  • #267
I hear "Zanny", regardless, do we know who she was talking to?

George. She is talking to George, in a panic. It seems as if he just walked into the room.

Remember way back: when we found out that George called Lee and said "come over, I'm worried about your mother"

During that time Cindy was out grabbing Casey by the ear at tony's , that is why Lee is at the house when Cindy and Casey get back. And lee got her to admit that Caylee was missing.

it seems that cindy is relaying that information to George as soon as she gets it.

Maybe seeing as Casey has a penchant for forging checks and stealing (Amy H) I woudln't put it past her

that still doesnt explain why Zenaida was at Sawgrass on the day after Caylee went missing.

I think she stole her identity off a sign in sheet or peaking in her car or something. who knows anymore.

There is pic with a ZG with above the shoulder dark wavy hair, like MF said on Greta the other night. MF said the Sawgrass employees described her. The ZG interviewed by the Local 6 station looked like she bleached her hair, and it was longer. Are these two different people? I think so.....just thought it was interesting. The coincidences in this case are driving me nuts.

Here, she talks about the burglary of her office on June 10th , including computers:

"Getting Robbed
Submitted by Zenaida Gonzalez on Tue Jun 10, 2008 9:06 am
The started my Monday morning by walking into a crime scene. When I arrived at my office I found out it had been robbed over the weekend. Most of the computers and other gadgets were gone.

Luckily no one was hurt and other than having to fill out a lot of paperwork no one is worse for the wear.

However, I'm a paranoid mama. I have pictures of my daughter and husband all over the office. My name is on my office door and our administrator's office has all employee home address and phone number on her desktop. Don't think social security numbers were compromised, but I'm not taking any chances. I'm in the processes of flagging my credit.

It's one thing to feel like someone has come in and taken you for a ride, taking anything of value. Luckily I don't keep many personal in my office other than picture, some snacks and Tylenol. But I'm worried about my home since my daughter is in the picture. Someone is always home so at least that's something.

Am I being too paranoid? I can't imagine how I would feel if our home had been robbed. I feel bad enough with my office. Any advice for a jittery mother?"

(MF is on Greta right now repeating)

...say they did find Caylee's remains near sawgrass apts, and they didnt have any forensic evidence linking to Casey's car. Even though ZG never lived in those apts, would that be enough reasonable doubt to get Casey an aquittal,....

At a trial, Casey wouldn't have a leg to stand on in trying to prove the existence of ZG the nanny. Casey already stated that ZG was Caylee's nanny for a while, yet there are no phone records, e-mail records, or in fact any records of calls/communications between Casey and ZG, either incoming or outgoing. Not only is there no record of the alleged call from ZG to Casey supposedly received on the same day Cindy made the 911 calls, but there are no records of such communications ever taking place. How would the defense explain that.

I think LE had the relevant phone records and computer records earlier than the date of the search warrant, and had arrived at the conclusion that Casey's ZG nanny does not exist early on in their investigation, much earlier than a few days ago, when LE officially announced that the nanny does not exist. I believe this is so because there was never an attempt to generate a sketch of the alleged nanny. Why have the public go out on a wild goose chase and perhaps, implicate more innocent people in this case?

The car was found earlier. George was the one who went and took it. Cindy found Amy's phonenumber in the car I believe or in the bag Casey left in the car and called Amy asking about her daughter. Amy complained about Casey stealing money from her and tehn told her she knew where Cindy was staying (Tony's address). Cindy went to Amy and Amy took her to Casey.

George knew about the car being found, he was the one who went and took it, but you are probably right about Cindy talking to George about zanny taking Caylee. Because in a following interview Cindy said Lee was in another room with Cayse and Cayse was crying on the floor and Cayse told Lee about the story of the zanny taking Caylee. Grandma overheard or she was told I am not sure I remember.

But Cindy says that after talking to Casey for 45 minutes, she was sick of trying to get info and she was glad that Lee "got there" at that point. Was Lee already at the time or did he get there"?

Crank this recording up. It's very clear she was talking to George and that she said Zanny

I agree pizmex... there's no phone records EVER between Casey and ZG. There is no way to explain that away!

Respectfully snipped.
DUH. Now I remember about George being the one that went and got the car. Sorry. I went to sleep and woke up brain dead.

Lee was already at the house when Cindy and Casey got there. George had called him to come over.

Right? And NO ONE has ever met her.

No way to explain that one away either.
