Cindy has voicemail. She referred to getting a message on her phone early on (something about someone trying to send along a "tip").

Sorry I missed that.

We don't know...LE hasn't revealed that information to the best of my knowledge. It would be very interesting to see if she did.

Thanks! That's what I thought as well. And I too would love to know if she has the same car Casey stated.

My problem is a few posts have indicated that the real ZG drives a Ford Focus. And that is not known at this time.

I just checked the site and we are only to us ZG or nanny not her name, per Christine and Tricia.

fIxingtoburst, I've missed something! What credit cards? Are you saying Casey took some of her mom's credit cards? I thought I heard Cindy say something in the 911 call about her checking account?

she charged over $45,000 on her moms cc,it was reported.

Some said that George went to work on June 16th. I thought he was retired.

$45k!!! What did she buy for $45k??? Where did you see this info?

Aprilshowers, thank you for sharing that with us.

OK, I have another theory to for you all the chew on....

Casey is looking for someone to pin her "mistake" on. So she stakes out Sawgrass, sees a woman that fits her idea of the "ideal" nanny, watches this woman get into her car, writes down the license plate...and

Calls her ex-fiancee Jesse, who is still currently working for LE...asks him "Sweetie would you mind looking up this plate for me...thanks!". She then gets ZFG information, possibly even a disconnected phone #.

Jesse, realizing what he did was wrong/illegal (aiding and abetting?) feels compelled to resign from his job before he is caught...or maybe that's why he got fired....on or around June 24.

Whaddya think???

I'm sorry I did see your post but I have no idea who they are. You said they were on a visitor's log?

This was heavily discussed at the beginning of this case. IIRC, they are old high school friends. And I think at least one of them cancelled their visit or didn't show up.

Well, I didn't actually BELIEVE it, I mean I KNEW it wasn't so ... but I would be able to go into the 'act' of it, as if I were starring in a movie.

Does that make sense?

I suppose it's what a good actor does, put themselves 'in' the part, and their emotions and even physical body can react to the imaginary scene.

I DO understand that completely. It's like a fantasy world. Being so caught up in the performance -- it's an actor's dream. It's a scenario that needs to be played in order to achieve the sense of satisfaction of having people come to the rescue, thereby making us feel loved. As children, we are so very innocent. It is we who need to be taken care of and given the sense of being cared for and secure. If we are put into the postion of being our cartaker's caretaker, we become the insecure ones.....kind of lost and afraid. Is that what you mean?

If as has been speculated there was a huge fight perhaps Casey was very angry herself and took that anger out on Caylee. Whatever happened, she tried to reach her parents for them to handle it, to bail her out of whatever she did but because they were busy (or ignoring her calls) she's now taking it out on them, as in "it's your fault something happened to Caylee because you made me angry, it's your fault I'm in jail, and it's your fault that I couldn't reach you to have you fix it."

Casey did say during the first recorded phone call with her mother that it was NOT her (Casey's) fault she was in jail. Cindy even asked her "what do you mean it's not your fault. You lied, blah blah blah . . .". So I would agree that Casey does not think any of this is HER fault.

Molly, I thought of this as soon as I heard about Zenaida. Susan had a composite sketch of this so-called black carjacker while Casey has the real name of many Hispanic women. What a horrible nightmare she's created for all of them.
Frankly I didn't think of it right away but now that I have, it's despicable if that's what her aim was, which I think it was. Yes, she's callously created an unwarranted stigma for those women.

Yes I did, and the 'proof' had to be words and actions that would put my heart at rest.

Somebody here said that Casey's parents should tell her how very much she means to them, how much they love her, and no matter what she did, they would be there for HER ... thereby hopefully get more information.

I'm not sure if this is the case with her, but if she is anything like I use to be, it would mean the WORLD to her, to hear that .. but she would need to know it was sincere, and that it would remain sincere ... in other words, maybe she never truly felt loved by them ... and even if they said it now, she might just take it as manipulation for information, so it just might not work .. because (and not saying this is the case) her parents just might NOT mean it.

JMO of course.

But even if they did mean it; if her belief system is to doubt, suspect, not care, or if she is totally self serving, not compassionate, frozen....They can say anything - it would not be the answer to finding caylee. IMHO a professional is needed here.

I'm not really sure any of you are reading this or want me to continue?

Maybe I need to stop for a break and go back and see if anybody is reading. :)

she charged over $45,000 on her moms cc,it was reported.
I think Nancy Grace made a mistake with that report and it was confused with Nancy Cooper's murder case. I'm sorry I don't have a link for it at hand but that's what I understood. MOO :)

this girl managed to pull off having a ficticious job for 2 years, and while living in the same house w/parents. I don't think they paid much attention to what Casey was doing. She had to be getting $ from someplace, I am sure if the parents believed she was working, they wouldn't just had $ over to her for anything considering she had no bills. Whatever she was doing all day to make money, the kind of money that isn't tracable through taxes, she was doing with Caylee in tow. I don't think she gave 2 *&^%s about this little girl and I doubt it would be of any concern to just think of the trunk as being an enclosed play pen of sorts....put her to sleep, put her in the trunk...I bet it is hot and humid enough in Fl for somebody to suffocate in a car even at night. What is also troublesome is that Lee obviously hung out with the same crowd as her and never questioned Caylee's whereabouts himself during that month.

Does Casey have internet access in her location?

  • #319
45,000 on her mom's credit cards? No wonder George is going back to work!!
That's absolutely outrageous! Was this after Caylee is supposed to have gone missing or before? I wonder what she spent it all on?

  • #320
fixingtoburst, no Casey has no access to internet in jail.
