$45k!!! What did she buy for $45k??? Where did you see this info?

It's been stated a couple of times by Nancy Grace and it's hard to tell whether she's 4500.00 or 45000.00. Personally, I can't imagine that any CC company would have given the Anthony's that much of a credit line since they have an open bad debt of 12,000.00 and other credit issues.

All Casey had to keep saying is, no that's not the one....forever! Every Zg they come up with, wether it is the one that was at the sawgrass apts or another random ZG, Casey would just keep saying, sorry wrong one, you LE don't know what you are doing.

Right. I'm just saying that since Casey didn't identify her picture, she obviously wasn't trying to frame THAT PARTICULAR ZG. Which makes it even more baffling that she came up with that name and those apartments.

Frankly I didn't think of it right away but now that I have, it's despicable if that's what her aim was, which I think it was. Yes, she's callously created an unwarranted stigma for those women.

Susan's case was so close to me, with all the national media attention at the time and in our neighboring state. I thought it was despicable what she tried to create in the black community there in Union. Then years later, to hear Casey name a seemingly non-existant Hispanic woman as the one who took Caylee brought back too many bad memories.

You know... the thing that seems odd to me is that even though all the calls were unanswered... Casey didn't leave ANY voice mail?

Either asking the person to call back ASAP or to drop a few choice words if she was calling because she was angry at everyone. And she's angry w/ her mom, dad AND Lee also?

No I think it's more likely she was looking for HELP.... not calling to fight with anyone.

I think the heated fight was about Caylee and who the mama is, and Casey took her to prove the point and the unanswered calls also to prove a point on the other side, want help, (in any way, but probably money) bring Caylee back. When the parents didn't answer, she went over and stole the gas, thus saying, help me or I'll help myself, whatcha going to do about it. What did they do? that was the first time LE was contacted.
This is a family dispute, fighting over the little girl. I think Caylee is fine, and Casey isn't going to break under mama's pressure to return her child. Someone has Caylee, the babysitter, but with Casey's permission.

Molly, the amount hasn't been verified, just that Casey did use Cindy's card, per Cindy. What she spent it on was one of my three questions to Sarge earlier today!

In choosing a Hispanic name for the babysitter Casey may have been taking a leaf out of Susan Smith's book ie.. she blamed it on a black man carjacking her car and her children. In other words, I'll blame it on someone Hispanic and I'll be believed.

I agree, and it seemed to work, instead of talking about the real facts of the case (decomp smell, timeline), people are talking about a non-existent person. Casey actually suceeded in setting up this red herring.

I DO understand that completely. It's like a fantasy world. Being so caught up in the performance -- it's an actor's dream. It's a scenario that needs to be played in order to achieve the sense of satisfaction of having people come to the rescue, thereby making us feel loved. As children, we are so very innocent. It is we who need to be taken care of and given the sense of being cared for and secure. If we are put into the postion of being our cartaker's caretaker, we become the insecure ones.....kind of lost and afraid. Is that what you mean?

I am in the camp that believes that JG is somehow involved in the cover-up. I think that Caylee's death was due to negligence and that the cover-up was to garner sympathy from her parents versus blame from them. She didn't want to hear "I told you so".

I think that the ZG reference is something very simple, such as seeing her car in the parking lot that day and using the information as needed. Just as I think every other name she gave was just a memory of someone she knew at one time or had heard of at one time.

I think that he nanny locations were places that Casey drove around and looked at while trying to figure out where to dump Caylee's body. I am willing to bet that Caylee's body was dumped somewhere near one of those places which is why she gave those locations to the police.

I think that many of the speculations are just too complicated.

Does anyone know the date of the NG show for a transcript we can check to see what the amount was and if it was confused with the Nancy Cooper case or not?

The Susan Smith case and this one, disturb us all on a deeper level because of the thought of a mother killing or other acts towards their own children. To add insult to injury they try to blame their nefarious deeds on others. Puts them in a whole 'nother category of criminals imo.

IMO, the girl is allergic the the word "job". I don't think she worked at all, illegal or not. She's quite pretentious and thinks she's above everyone else. Working an illegal type of job would have been beneath her and too good for her.
