she called mom at home? To me that indicates that whatever happened DIDNT happen at the Anthony home. It had to happen at another location as she was calling the home to see if anyone was there.

Well, I never could figure out why a guy would date a girl KNOWING that she has a child to begin with if he did not sorta want a "family". Under normal instances, a child just does not disappear.

Like she was away from her desk? I guess you could be right, it just seemed odd when I saw the "work" listed there as a call. I don't see if something did happen on the 16th what the relevance of the 18th would be unless she was calling them to make sure they weren't at home because she was there doing something. For that matter the same theory could explain all the calls shortly after 4pm on the 16th.

If LE states that Caylee is dead then they lose any chance of gaining any more tips or information. And the Anthony family and Casey shut down and clam up.

Kinda of cagey i would say. Missing in what form? If we have a missing and cryptic DNA from LE. Would we not possibly still have a still missing and a form of a death investigation on the side, not yet deemed a homicide? Greta should have shot back with. Is the DNA that of Caylee's and can be determined whether or not she is dead or alive? This answers nothing, as the case has always been a missing but it goes beyond when your getting hits and collecting DNA, don't ya think?

Yeah, Padilla conveniently didn't know all the facts and reported as much. Playing as if he's not clued in gives him a little space to not have to answer. He's careful with his wording, but he just needs a reporter that is even better at asking questions.

June 18th was a wednesday. I wish I had the times typed while they were going through that but it was all like before or right at 1pm.

why no call at work to gma when she couldn't reach her, did she know gma wasn't at work?

I think the calls to mom & dad are b/c she wants something and she's pizzed they are not answering. The ones to amy, Tony and Jesse (as they are infrequent) are to hook up/chat. I'll bet she wanted $ for something, or couldn't get into the home.

Hmmm. I do not think an accident occured as 911 would be on that phone list.

Does anyone know the average time it takes to get DNA results back? I saw either on Nancy Grace or somewhere else they said 3 days...just curious. I don't buy that they aren't in though.

That's patently ridiculous, isn't it? I mean, for God's sake, Baez can tell Casey to have a quick 5-min visit, just the basic hello/love you/doing okay kind of thing, without discussing the case. If anything, the release of that type of video visit would please the phantom kidnappers and show them that Casey still isn't talking.

I think Casey's just pissed at the family because she knows they've been cooperating and meeting with LE, giving them evidence and such. She's just being a brat to show the family she's displeased with them, but Baez certainly isn't going to share that with the media.

Exactly and I don't buy this story from Baez either!! It's no reason to cancel family visits, and if anything it could be a good opportunity for Casey to "break down" ~ cry and look human, say how much she loves Caylee, and so forth.

Ok, to me that doesn't look frantic. She called mom at work. No answer. Called mom on cell. No answer called mom back on cell because maybe mom was on the other line. No answer so she tries mom's work again. Then a little later she tries mom's work again maybe thinking she was away from her desk.

obviously trying to verify that the house is empty, so she can back the car into the garage to take out / put in Caylee's body.

The times of those phone calls would shed light. Someone posted the 18ths calls with the times. Do we have the times for each call on the 16th...

They are in. They just aren't showing their hand yet. They are hoping Casey will call bluff.

She'd just left the house and immediately called her dad's cell? She was at the house while he was watching his favorite news/cooking program at 12:50pm. He would have left for work at 2:30.

When LE adds the money theft and checks charge stemming from Amy and Cindy's complaints...it could be a few months tacked onto that.

OT: If my grandkids ever get abducted by an invisananny.....there WILL be some of their hair in my trunk!

We broke down on the side of the highway back in July and it was hot as hades! We were in south Louisiana...90 degrees in the shade and humidity at 80% at least!

Inside of the car was unbearable w/o air conditioning for them.....so

I had to open the trunk and put both boys inside in order for the trunk) in the raised position) to provide a bit of shade....
