Don't know if there is a specific site that could be pulled up. That reporter told me that it wasn't that far back in the woods. I don't think anybody knows more than that deputy has said. I hope they have it roped off so people can't go stomping across the place if there is anything left. I still don't get when he would have been there. If that stuff wasn't stored in containers I don't see how it made it through the seasons. Playboy magazines don't hold up well in rain.

Where is the link to the Deputy's statement?
One article said that the campsite/staging area was on Cooper Creek Rd., which is off Hwy 180. Hwy 180 goes to Blood Mtn., and enters from the rear of Vogel St Park and fairly close to the trailhead parking lot. where Meredith was abducted.

Really? Not that far back in the woods? It must be in a really thick stand then, huh? I mean to have gone through a couple of hunting seasons at least and not have other hunters either have found it or their dogs been in there. Yeah, LOL, Playboy - rain - don't mix. I did get the feeling the location was pretty much generalized enough that maybe we could see general area. Didn't they say it was in the wildlife management area? He's been in lockup since right after Meredith was taken so that would have been Jan 2008. So it makes all of 2008 and 9 months of 2009 at least. If stuff was kept from critters and rain - one would think it was in the ground in lockers - but this dude said he thought it was "stolen or illegal dump" so it had to be out in the open one would think. I'm just grasping here but doesn't that seem like it would have to be stuff out in the open? And it said the stuff has been turned over to the Fla State Attory, so how big can it be? It can't be something like a refrigerator or freezer or something - that's huge. Any ideas?

Refer to reply #222 - GMH, was headed to Dahlonega, the night he abducted Meredith, but was diverted due to the snow and an accident scene being worked by LE. This was enroute to the campsite/staging area. That is why he ended up in Dawson County; 'plan B'.
He obviously had to unload the van to make space for his victim/prey.

In the 01/07/08 GBI interview GMH, revealed this info, just convienietly omitted the location of the Fannin County Campsite on Coopers Creek Rd; Coopers Creek WMA. It would be interesting to know how many more innocent victims met their fate there over the years/decades.

Dahlonega is only 20 minutes from my home in Wolfscratch Wilderness. I have been hunting and fishing, etc. this area over 40 years. I know this area very well, yet GMH, knew it much better.

see there ya go - he used multiple ATMs for Meredith, and yet used the same ATM with Cheryl. Weird. Course we don't know if Leon County has been totally forthcoming with all the ATM sites or if the dates are even true on the ATM pictures given because why would he take off the military hat for the far off picture that he had on in the close up picture? And what did he do with it?

1. Have you noticed any hits on his DNA since capture from the many states?

2. Has the military ever admitted he served?

3. Was he getting meds from the VA? Whose Ritalin was it? Aren't there any medical records with the VA if he was military? Did he ever file with IRS?

4. If he was getting medications, whose name was on the medication bottles?

5. Do you know how hard it is to pull adult teeth? I don't believe he was pulling his own teeth - I just can't buy that one - he can say that all he wants to.

6. Who has done this IQ test and reported the number?

7. What medication was he supposed to be getting for "MS"? Did you notice MS medications in the list of things found with him? I didn't notice any MS meds. My friend has MS real bad and her husband is a doctor and we are pretty familiar with all that's out there for MS. Ritalin is a medication that is like speed. There was a priest in our town where there was a daycare connected with the church and he was caught stealing the kids' Ritalin. Hilton acted like he was on Ritalin in that dashcam - speed.

8. Who do you think will take his case if/when Suber moves on to be a judge if she gets it? And I bet she will, that's probably already in the bag. That's why they didn't mind loading her down with 2 death penalty cases back to back I bet. They knew what the future was holding and it wasn't for her to do those 2 trials which I believe are as connected as Santa is to Claus.
