We already know what the Powell men do in their "own private way" and it's not pretty.

In my own private way? Say what? Putting up that website and letting your dad do interviews that makes sure if she's alive she'll never want to come back again was searching for her? Moving 16 hours away from where she disappeared was searching for her in Josh's own private way?

Me thinks Josh does many things in his own private way.

Yeah, kind of like how CA was searching for Caylee

LOL, I have news for Josh!

The public doesn't need the Cox's to point fingers at him. He's doing so well at it since day one, ALL BY HIMSELF!

Hope he has access to a computer when he gets home. The AP is spreading it to ALL the MSMs in the country that he's " that Josh Powell is the subject of a voyeurism and 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 investigation and may have had some involvement in the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 case of Steven Powell, Josh's father." :bang:

He should be proud of his dad now! or and of himself! ;)

Josh Powell also subject of voyeurism, 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 investigation, says AG

Seems to me Josh was just being playful BS Josh again, imo. In one breath he says his father is not posting bail and will not be coming home, then he states if his father posts bail, he will move. Sure the judge caught this. lol

Think of this from a sociopath's point of view:

Josh wants those boys back FAST so he can find out if they've been questioned and what did they say? The longer they are away from him, the more out of control they become. What if they forget Dad telling them never to tell anyone what happened or else? What if they implicate him or his dad in some crime?

That's what's making him sweat bullets. He could care less about those kids. It's all about control.

And don't forget the state will be forcing him to WORK. Child support, ya know.

Sounds like he followed FCA's case - what a piece of work.

Josh I'll bet the walls are closing in on you about now, that's nothing compared to a 8 x 8 jail cell. Why not just unburden yourself to LE, they say confession is good for what ails you and from the looks of things that's probably a lot!

Is the judge buying time? Wouldn't it be automatic custody for the cox's if JP was arrested? Maybe less paperwork or red tape? Something is definitely stirring.

From the day Susan disappeared, he's used those boys for a shield..and every excuse possible that he could muster. imo

Most judges don't care for "superior" attitudes in custody issues. They like the "I know I'm not the best parent, but I do this and this and this and sacrifice for my kids".

What list can Josh contribute to attest to his parenting skills? Seriously, can anyone think of any real parenting skills that Josh could honestly give the judge?

Yes. He likes to spend one on one time with his boys doing fun things like snow camping. He has taught them how to make s'mores. He only feeds his boys food grown from their own garden. He is teaching them how to be selfless by denying them Christmas presents. He has a 'very' close knit family who all live together under one roof. He has sacrificed a career so he can care for his sons 24/7. Think a judge will buy that? :floorlaugh:

Ummm...he strengthened their mitochondria via intense hypothermia training? Gotta admit, your average, non-superior parents never really think of things like THAT.

An attorney is kind of a big thing to pull out of his :behind:

Daddy is gone... Money is gone... What attorney is going to step up and do this for free? He doesn't get a public defender unless he's arrested... he's got nothin.

Yeah, I know! Too bad, so sad! :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

Not unless he calls his Daddy for the recipe.... so I don't think that'll be a strong point for him... just like the house and everything won't be since Daddy pays for those. Ooohhh maybe Dad at least left him a recipe book?? :floorlaugh:

Kimster, you are right on sister! Don't ya just know his stomach is churning with worry about what the boys have told while out of his control!!!

IMO, JP will become more out of control the longer the kids are away from him. Sweating bullets indeed:woohoo:
