Cindy is Unbelievable

I think everyone wanted KC to give them information that would help them find Caylee and the car could wait. At that point they were looking for an alive Caylee. The very fact that GA can't get past the fact that no "Amber Alert" was done proves they wanted to find her alive. It had to be very confusing for the police because their instincts may have been telling them one thing but they still had to investigate and follow up on whatever KC was telling them.....she was their only resource...she said so herself. jmo

I think Casey will be very bored during the testimony of scientific experts as they'll be talking way above her level of education. But, I think that when it comes to having to see and hear her former friends, Tony, Ricardo, Amy, Jesse, and others testify, this is when Casey will be difficult to handle. She will get angry when they tell about her behavior.

It's going to be so very interesting to watch her reaction with her former friends. Is Richard Grund on the SA witness list? The whole A family hates him with a passion. I bet we see a strong reaction from all of them. Personally, I think Cindy dislikes RG so much because he is a strong, traditional man who would never put up the a woman emasculating him and treating him like he was inferior. She probably was afraid when ICA and JG were engaged that RG's attitude would rub off on GA. Sorry, but I can't think of any other reason she (or the other A's) would have such a strong disliking towards RG. :twocents:

"Side note: I happened to be chewing gum while watching the Morgan testimony. She chomps very hard and very fast when she lies or she doesn't want to answer a question. I tried to do a silly experiment by trying to keep up with her chomping. I lasted about 5 seconds and nearly bit my tongue off. It must takes years of practice to chomp gum like that. "

This made me laugh!

Quite frankly, I don't think I've ever SEEN a couple who chop on gum as much as Cindy and George do. I mean, certainly we've all seen people chewing gum - but to THIS extent? Anyone?

Non-stop gum chewers are usually trying to quit smoking, heavy smokers or heavy drinkers. IIRC, Cindy & George don't smoke.

Just sayin'

If this were for sale on dvd I'd buy it and send it to CA

I would love to see this played at the trial

Thanks miimaa
What I find "unbelievable" is that Cindy says things like...I don't remember, I'm not sure, I don't know...
Where Cindy is concerned..that is unbelievable to me.

Cindy IMO knows this case, she has read and studied what we have read and studied plus she has the added advantage of being privy to what the Defense knows, I am sure Jose has kept her up to date as much as he can with Casey's approval to discuss matters with her family

In this Depo she easily, without hesitation, states WHAT PAGE NUMBER to find a certain statement...that does not sound like someone who does not know things.

Relistening to CAs testimony at the Morgan depo. The lies!! CA testifies that she talked to KC almost every day and that KC and Caylee were on vacation, spending time together, on vacation with Zanny, on vacation with other people.

Now she is asked why KC then told LE the story of dropping Caylee off at Sawgrass. Oh boy......... explain that Mr. Baez.

Thanks miimaa

What happened to the "notebook" CA used to carry everywhere with her? ~I'm pretty sure CA documented everything she possibly could. Nurses are trained to do that the very second any issues arise regarding a patient an d any possibility that they might end up be ing questioned by the patients atty or needing to testify. (most malpractice suits are settled out of court) but as a nurse it is imperative to NEVER "forget" what happened and when.
She might want to re-read all her notes or bring it to court with her for recall.
~:waitasec: then again that may be the notebook she will need to refer to when she is standing on trial for crimes she herself committed to cover up/hinder the investigation into Caylee's murder. (IF she ever is)
There is SO much CA has been on record saying how can she now claim to have no memory. She ran her mouth so much, she wouldn't need to say a word on the stand video recordings alone would be able put her behind bars.
IMO CA's anxiety is caused becuase she suffering from "foot in mouth" disease.

And :clap: for remembering the notebook..i had forgotten.

She probably has that notebook in a safe spot...she'll need it for when she starts to write her book, if she hasn't done so already:twocents:

Bump!

I had the opportunity to have lunch today some some other WS posters. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, hope they did too. One of the things we wound up discussing was "Are Cindy and George going to make some sort of scene during the trial - if they are allowed in the courtroom while it is going on?" I found myself in the minority because I do not think they would do anything to disrupt the trial. Maybe disrupt is not the correct word, but act out in some way. So now I am wondering what everyone else thinks. Will they act out in some fashion in front of the jury? If they do, how will HHJP handle it?

I think she will but not g. I think she will have to be drug from the court room and casey will have a grin on her face. Cant wait to watch this trial. Is nearly here

That's an interesting perspective - thanks for that. I'm not a gum chewer - I hate gum. I was "blessed" with my mum's sensitive teeth and can't chew gum (not that I'd want to). The only thing I love is to suck on a lozenge or mint - which I suggest C&G do during the trial. Otherwise I might just go MAD!

I don't think so. I believe they are getting "training" just like Casey is.

If I were to put myself in their shoes, I would want to see everything but I would not want to be in the courtroom where the camera would focus on me when some of this evidence is presented. They know what is coming. It is not as if there are surprises but the impact of what they will see of things they have not seen before will be very, very difficult for them not to act out emotionally. Not intentionally to disrupt, just your natural gut reaction when it is someone who you have loved.

For that reason alone, they should let them watch the trial from a separate room and just monitor what they can't see because of their testimony. KC will be happy, the judge will be happy, the A's will not be happy but in the long run it will be what is best for them. HHJP is not going to let them keep running in and out because they don't like what they hear as they have done in the past. jmo

HOW NICE that you were able to enjoy a lunch with some new friends, a friendship formed over a mutual desire to see justice served. Good for you all! I picture chicken salad sandwiches and iced teas. :chicken:

I am not sure exactly how they would disrupt, or to what extent, but I do feel that they will on some level. I don't think they can help it. True that right now there is no jury, but they are fully aware that millions are watching these hearings, and to call out "Linda" or "Yes I did, Miss Burdick", even after having been reprimanded by His Honor several times, shows an immeasurable lack of self-restraint. I can't see how a jury is going to make that impulse any less intense. I think it'll intensify it, in fact.

George is volatile, I don't see him as threatening or a danger, but he's volatile just the same, and I think he's one of those people that is completely UNaware of his own surroundings. When he rolls, I can almost see his tunnel vision, he sees what he's angry at and goes full on hog at it, rather than having that filter that says "whoa there, I better watch what I say, there's a crowd around here". I don't think he's dangerous because I think he's a coward, but I do feel he's impulsive enough to at least cause a small uproar.

Cindy, though, I think is so self-centered that she really can't help herself. She'll cause a scene on purpose, she's probably rehearsing it right now.

Most unbelievable is Cindy's claim that Caylee is alive!!!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

I firmly believe that one or both of them would definitely "act out" if they were permitted to be in the courtroom. They are incapable of controlling themselves IMO.

They were shaking their heads when Yuri was testifying recently as if he was lying. That type of behavior should not be seen by a jury.

If they are not familiar with the antics of the Anthonys thus far, they would be unduly influenced by something like that. I feel a juror might have sympathy for them and lean towards thinking "they must know the truth" so he must be lying.

I really hope Judge Perry keeps them out.

I'm glad you had a great lunch today with your fellow websleuther's. I'm sorry I missed it. IMO, if G and C act out during the trial, the judge will remove them from the courtroom and they won't be allowed back in, this is, IF they are allowed in to begin with. If they are, I'm not sure they can get through some of the tough testimony without breaking down. Of the two though, if there is behavior that would not be acceptable, FWIW, I think it would be Cindy to do it first.

Maybe the Anthonys can be seated in the balcony where the jurors can't see them. Won't prevent an oral outburst, though.
