Just a couple of thoughts on his finances.

I personally don’t find a Kia Stinger (that is at a minimum, a couple years old or so) to be a “nice” car. Just a meh car. They aren’t expensive. Not being judgy. I drive something of similar value.

As for his nice house, it’s a rental and it’s a super tight rental market here right now. He likely had next to nothing to choose from. That house is newer. It’s also on the very edge of town with several counties worth of Devil’s Den type wild land right behind it. Couldn’t help my brain thinking of his future in that location. But as for $$, he had to take what he could get. There are apartment waiting lists for months and few houses available.

I tend to see these people like a rock rolling down a hill- they keep going until something stops them- a bigger rock (LE), a gully (accident)...but I do not think they always "plan." News reports said this person had knives

I guess reviewing his online activity will show if he fantasized about violence or idolized killers. His victims were so innocuous- seemingly to me- hard to imagine that they said or did anything to him before he chose them. Possible that they reminded him of some couple he hated. Also, if he were 100% off the rails, he could have killed or tried to kill more people- he stopped at two and just left. I do not see a conscience with this killer- almost like out of sight out of mind, like he had a stray impulse and went with it, killing like swatting a fly, but wait and see what LE finds out.

When it comes to Unstable rocks rolling down hills, if they harm themselves that is one thing.
But those who want to be teachers of children should encounter well placed land mines.

About 20 kids for school years 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25

Teachers are the sole authority in the room, for education, socialization, discipline
A school year is about 185 days
- recess 2x a day for 20 min- he kept little girls inside with him alone
- lunch 1x a day for 25 min- he had little girls eat with him in his room
He was to manage time, grade student work, admin exams, fill out behavioral sheets, report cards, Carry out parent conf and communications

How did he carry out work responsibilities and yet not manage his checkbook?
Did kids fall behind in learning math and reading foundations?
What went untaught?

Anger issues- I would guess so since he stabbed two people to death.
A classroom is not the place for flare ups, violent impulses, being off the rails,

The standard for teachers should be high, we should be paying much closer attention.

The most interesting detail (to me, anyway) in his financial summary is that he has a question mark by every single amount listed except for rent and health/vehicle insurance. He knows exactly how much he pays for rent and (car?) insurance. He clearly has no idea how much he pays for anything else, which makes me ask whether money is an issue for him.

When I read that document, I envisioned somebody asking him questions and filling it out for him and then his replies were not concrete. He is signing that it’s truthful and all that but it’s just guesses since the bills aren’t in front of him, thus the question mark notations that indicate we are estimating. I don’t know for sure but I bet it’s actually common to do that. IMO

covering his license plate says something.... but a lot of people walk around with knives and never cut anyone up. Really no idea why these people at this time. No smiles in any of the pictures we have seen of him.

(If he was just trying to kidnap the girls, that would be a motive... LE would know more about that.)

For my teaching I often use things that could harm people, and I have to follow procedures to purchase, store, and use them.

If he had knives into the classroom- without permission for a specific purpose- that alone would be grounds for dismissal in most schools.
Not because anyone expects a teacher to cut kids- but because kids can harm themselves or each other.

Laying a kitchen knife or pocket knife on the counter at home is not the same as doing that at school. It shows poor judgment at least, creepiness, or the potential for threats.

I think it is his dating one, but whatever it is, it may indicate nothing but loneliness (no friend to tell him, hey, not a good one).

I am interested in the physical signs. One is very obvious so I am not pointing it out. I just want to ask if that old line above the clavicle looks like an old surgical scar? It does, to me - white, not getting tanned and there seem to be larger areas that are left from surgical knots?

P.S. maybe he was into bodybuilding so he thought that the photo would show his beautiful “bod” and rippled muscles? IRL it looks like someone had his clothes stolen in a public bath so he had to slide behind the steering wheel naked. But that’s what I see.

I just searched and found one for $15k
As per rent, what about commuting from a next town over where rent isn’t so high?
I found a room for rent on Zillow in Lowell for less than $700/ month.
If my son 28 yr old son was in debt came to ask me for help- that is where I would suggest.

He isn’t going to ask us for advice, I realize, but just curious how hard he would try before asking Mom and Dad to bail him out.

I’ve never been on any dating sites, but I know people talk about their favorite activities, and he is talking about his playlist.

Do these matchup websites not have any rules for the pictures people post? I imagine they would have some kind of algorithm, like if someone tried to post an X—rated picture?

Yeah I don't find it unusual that he doesn't really know how much he spends on stuff like food and gas when he's in a brand new city. I’ve seen people sharing that image and referring to it as his “dating profile picture,” but as far as I know, that hasn’t been confirmed by any verified source. From what I understand, it originated from a case discussion post on Facebook, where someone commented that she had matched with him on a dating app and took a screenshot.

If anyone has a credible source confirming that it’s actually from a dating profile, I’d definitely be interested in seeing it.
