They are an independent public agency. The equivalent of all attorneys working for the same law firm where a conflict of interest would be when their ability to represent a client is compromised by their duties to another client, a former client, a third person, or their own interests. For example, there may be a witness here who is represented by a public defender. JMO

Ok, but they're all independent attorneys too, working on different cases, some maybe double up occasionally when there's a bigger load for a case. To not have one out of the pool be acceptable is very unusual isn't it?

So what? He had access to his garage. Where he kept BAM, which he brought from Indiana.

Yep! He admitted he used it as recently as April 2020.

BM further admitted to Investigators/Grusing that he also could have tossed his remaining vials of Rx "BAM" (animal tranquilizer) from his garage bench during his multiple trash runs on that fateful Mother's Day 2020!
