Happy New Year WS friends! May Suzanne receive justice in 2026🤞

On another note, does BM have a court hearing coming up soon? I usually keep notes on these things but somehow missed noting down
his next hearing date. I’m currently on my mobile device having trouble accessing the court’s website.

Anyhoo I do seem to remember reading awhile back it was for sometime in January? A plea hearing I think? Could be remembering it wrong though, my brain’s a bit fuzzy after the hubbub of the holidays 😵

**ETA: finally was able to access the court’s site and says there’s a
Status Conference on January 12, 2026 at 1:30pm.
I assume he’ll be entering a plea at this SC? We’ll see…

IMO

What Barry did do.

I'll give him this. He wanted her back. Old Suzanne. The one he could control. Not the ballsy one who stood up to him, said 'no more' and wanted to reclaim her life and herself. He had no time for that. And due to his actions, neither did she.

We could shorten this late half baked video to "Hi, I'm Barry it was me. I'm guilty."

I get this when I search for his next hearing. And it IS an arraignment hearing - so yes, he will enter a plea -hopefully! And no motions filed recently.

“Mountain lion attacks are rare and Colorado's last suspected fatal attack was in 1999, when a 3-year-old was killed. Two years before that, a 10-year-old boy was killed by a lion and dragged away while hiking with family members in Rocky Mountain National Park.”

Mountain lion attacks are indeed rare as they're somewhat reclusive big cats; but I don't think that's what happened to Suzanne at all.
That discarded helmet and bike in a completely different area from the helmet stand out to me.
What mountain lion is going to do that ?
My first thought was that she may have been abducted off of her bike, but knowing what we do now I'm thinking she was never out on her bike.
Hopefully this year will see justice finally.
Imo.

There’s no way it was a mountain lion. I found today’s article interesting and timely. But it primarily points out that attacks are incredibly rare.

Agreed .... and I think that Barry's changing stories did him no favors at all.

Could WE -- just this once -- enter a plea for him?

Please! We promise to be quick about it.
